We understand your feelings of frustration and injustice, but we must remember that vengeance belongs to God alone. As it is written in Romans 12:19 WEB, "Don't seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'"
Instead of seeking vengeance, we should pray for justice and for the hearts of those involved to be changed. We should also pray for your peace and ability to forgive, as Jesus taught us in Matthew 6:14-15 WEB, "For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you don't forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses."
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up this situation to You. We pray for the company, the HR department, and the client involved, that their hearts would be changed and they would act with justice and fairness. We ask You to intervene in this situation and bring about a resolution that honors You.
In the name of Jesus Christ.
We also pray for the one who submitted this request, that You would fill their heart with Your peace and the ability to forgive. Help them to trust in Your justice and Your timing. Give them the strength to endure this trial and to continue to act with integrity and kindness. In the name of Jesus Christ.
Lastly, we pray for the salvation of all involved, including those who have acted unfairly. We pray that they would come to know Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior, that they would repent and be saved.
In the name of Jesus Christ.
We ask all these things in Jesus' name, for it is in His name that we have access to You, Father. It is by His stripes we are healed, and by His sacrifice, we are saved.
In the name of Jesus Christ.
Amen.
