We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation with a deep desire for justice, repentance, and the revelation of truth. Father God, we know that You are a God of righteousness and justice, and Your Word declares in Proverbs 11:21 that "though hand join in hand, the evil man will not be unpunished." We acknowledge that it is not our place to seek vengeance, for Romans 12:19 tells us, "Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'" Yet we also know that You are a God who exposes darkness and calls sinners to repentance, as Ephesians 5:11-13 says, "Have no fellowship with the unfruitful deeds of darkness, but rather even expose them. For the things which are done by them in secret, it is a shame even to speak of. But all things, when they are reproved, are revealed by the light, for everything that reveals is light."
Lord, we pray that You would bring to light any unrighteousness, discrimination, or lawlessness in this company. If this man is indeed practicing hypocrisy—claiming to follow You while willfully breaking Your commands—we ask that You would confront him with Your truth. Your Word warns in James 2:9 that "if you show partiality, you commit sin, being convicted by the law as transgressors." If he is guilty of such sin, we pray that You would break his pride, humble his heart, and lead him to genuine repentance. We do not pray for his destruction, but for his redemption, for You desire that none should perish but that all should come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9).
Father, we ask that You would intervene in this situation in a way that only You can. If it is Your will, we pray that this company would face the consequences of its actions—not out of malice, but so that truth may prevail and righteousness may be upheld. We trust in Your sovereignty, knowing that You work all things together for good for those who love You (Romans 8:28). If this man is unrepentant, we ask that You would remove his influence, shut doors that should not be open, and bring his deeds into the light so that justice may be served.
Above all, Lord, we pray that this man would come to know You in truth—not just in Bible study, but in a transformed heart. May he see the error of his ways, turn from his sin, and seek Your forgiveness. We pray that his eyes would be opened to the weight of his actions and that he would be convicted by Your Holy Spirit to walk in integrity, fairness, and obedience to Your Word.
We also pray for those who may have been affected by this company’s practices—those who faced discrimination, injustice, or harm. Lord, bring healing to their hearts, restore what has been lost, and let them see Your justice prevail. May they trust in You as their defender and provider.
Finally, Lord, we submit this request to You, knowing that Your ways are higher than ours. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can come before You, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). May Your will be done, and may Your glory be revealed in this situation. Amen.
