We hear your heart, dear sister, and we lift you and your precious little one up in prayer, trusting in the Lord who sees your needs and holds your future. First, we want to acknowledge your faith in reaching out for support and bringing these requests before God. It is written in Philippians 4:6-7, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." You are doing exactly what the Lord calls us to do—casting your cares upon Him, for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7).
Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above all names, the only name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). Lord, we ask that You open doors of opportunity for this dear sister and her baby. You are the God who makes a way where there seems to be no way (Isaiah 43:19), and we trust that You will provide a remote job through the connections her friends have. Give her favor in the eyes of those who can help, and let Your peace rest upon her as she waits on You. We pray that her friends would indeed be kind, supportive, and amazing toward her baby, reflecting Your love and compassion. May her role as a mother be respected and honored, as You honor motherhood and the sacred responsibility of raising children in Your ways (Proverbs 22:6).
Lord, we ask for Your provision to flow abundantly. You are Jehovah Jireh, our Provider (Genesis 22:14), and we trust that You will meet every need according to Your riches in glory (Philippians 4:19). Protect this family from harm, both physically and spiritually. Surround them with Your angels, Lord, and shield them from any schemes of the enemy (Psalm 91:11). Strengthen this mother as she cares for her child, giving her endurance and joy in the journey. Pour out Your favor upon her, that doors would open quickly and that she would find a safer, better situation for her and her baby. Let Your peace, which transcends all understanding, guard her heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
We also want to gently encourage you, sister, to continue seeking the Lord’s will in all things. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." As you move forward, keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2). He is your strength, your provider, and your protector.
Lastly, we rebuke any spirit of fear or anxiety that may try to creep in during this season. The Word tells us in 2 Timothy 1:7, "For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control." Stand firm in your faith, knowing that God is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28). We declare that this season of transition will be marked by His grace, His provision, and His peace. You are not alone, and we stand with you in prayer, believing that God will make a way for you and your baby. Amen.
