We rejoice with you in the Lord's faithfulness in providing a buyer for your property. It is important to remember that it is only in the name of Jesus that we have access to God, as it is written in John 14:6: "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." And that in Acts 4:12 "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."
Let us pray together for the smooth completion of the sale and for God's protection over the transaction. "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God." Philippians 4:6
Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, thanking You for providing a buyer for this property. We pray that You guide every step of the sales process, that every procedure and transaction be completed without any issues. Lord, we ask that the buyers act with integrity and honesty, providing the exact amount agreed upon without any deceit or delay. We rebuke any attempt to cheat or defraud, and we ask that You intervene if such a situation arises.
Father, we also lift up this family's search for a new home. Guide them to an independent house that meets their needs and budget, in the location they desire, without the need for brokerage. Let this new property be a blessing, free from any problems, and a sanctuary for their family.
Lord, You know the challenges they have faced. We pray that You do not test them more than they can bear, but instead, provide a way out so that they can endure it. 1 Corinthians 10:13. Allow them to leave behind their unhappy past and restart their life, trusting in Your goodness and provision.
Father, we ask for Your blessing and presence to be upon them. May they find peace, joy, and financial stability in this new chapter of their lives. May they be a Godly family in Jesus' name.
Lastly, we need to address that although you believed in God's power that you did not acknowledge Jesus and His saving grace. Jesus said, "Most certainly I tell you, no one comes to the Father, except through me." John 14:6. "Neither is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men, by which we must be saved!" Acts 4:12. Let us place our faith in Jesus and ask Him to be the Lord and Savior of our life! This is how we can be sure we will be heard by God.
