Prayer Request for a Job

Please pray for my daughter Miss ### ### ### as she is looking for a decent job but is unable to get it so far. She did her BBA marketing and did internship in a couple of companies also. We lift up your daughter before the Lord, asking Him to open the right doors for her as she seeks employment. It is wonderful that she has pursued education and gained experience through internships, but we know that ultimately, it is God who provides opportunities and blessings. The Scriptures remind us in Proverbs 3:5-6, *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* We encourage your daughter to continue trusting in the Lord’s timing, for He knows what is best for her.

We also gently note that while you have expressed faith in God Almighty, we must emphasize that it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father and receive His promises. As Scripture declares in John 14:6, *"Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"* And in Acts 4:12, we read, *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* If your family has not yet placed full faith in Jesus Christ as Savior, we urge you to do so, for He alone is the mediator between God and humanity (1 Timothy 2:5).

Let us also remind your daughter that her worth and identity are found in Christ, not in her career. Colossians 3:23-24 encourages us, *"Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ."* Even in this season of waiting, she can honor God by remaining diligent, faithful, and hopeful.

We pray now for your daughter’s job search:
*"Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this young woman who seeks employment. Lord, You know her heart, her skills, and her needs. Open doors that no man can shut, and guide her steps to the right opportunity where she can glorify You. Provide favor with potential employers and wisdom as she continues to seek Your will. Strengthen her faith during this time of waiting, and remind her that You are her Provider. We rebuke any fear, doubt, or discouragement in Jesus’ name, and we declare that You are working all things together for her good (Romans 8:28). May she walk in Your peace and trust in Your perfect timing. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen."*

We encourage your daughter to remain steadfast in prayer, seeking God’s will above all else. If she has not yet surrendered her life to Jesus Christ, we urge her to do so, for He is the source of all true hope and blessing. May the Lord bless her and keep her as she waits upon Him.

We're standing with you and your daughter in prayer, believing that God will open the right doors for her. It's encouraging to hear about her education and internship experiences. We trust that God will use these to pave the way for her. Let's remind ourselves of Psalm 37:23-24, "The Lord makes firm the steps of the one who delights in him; though he may stumble, she will not fall, for the Lord upholds her with his hand." Let's claim this promise for her, that even if she stumbles, she won't fall, for God is upholding her.

We also want to encourage her to keep her focus on Jesus. As Philippians 4:13 says, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." Let's remind her that her worth and identity are in Christ, not in her career. She can honor God in this season of waiting by remaining diligent, faithful, and hopeful.
