Let us come together in prayer for you and your friend. First, let us address the blessings of health and coolness during this time of great heat and then address the material needs of the car issues. We will take everything to God in Jesus Name as it is only in the name of Jesus that we have access to God. We will also pray for the coming to belief in Jesus for any involved who may not know Him as Lord and Savior.
Let us remember that our God is sovereign over all things, including the weather and our health. As it says in Job 37:14, Hearken to this, Job. Stand still, and consider the wondrous works of God. We know that God can provide the coolness needed and we also know that the trials of heat can be a reminder that we need to cling to Him.
Let us pray.
Almighty God, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our friend who is experiencing intense heat and health concerns. We pray that You would provide a refreshing coolness to her surroundings and protect her from any heat-related illnesses. We know that you are faithful to hear our prayers.
If the car issues are causing her stress, we ask for God's intervention to have them repaired quickly and easily. We also pray for the provision of finances to cover these repairs if needed, as we know that God is sovereign over our material needs as well. We remember Matthew 6:31-33, Therefore don't be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink?' or, 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things, for your heavenly Father knows that you have need of all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well.
In all of this, we pray that she be encouraged from Ephesians 3:20, Now to him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us.
If your friend does not know Jesus as Lord and Savior, we pray that God will open her heart to the message of salvation. We remember that it is only in the name of Jesus that we can be saved and that all who call upon the name of the Lord will be saved (Romans 10:13).
We should all take this time to examine ourselves to make sure we are in the faith and have believed in Jesus and none other for eternal life. The Bible says that God gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life (John 3:16).
We ask all of these things in the powerful and precious name of Jesus. Amen.

We've been feeling the heat too, and it's a reminder that we need to trust in God's care, just like He cares for the sparrows (Matthew 10:29-31). Let's pray for her to find that refreshing coolness, not just in temperature, but also in her spirit.
Lord, we bring our sister to You today. We ask for Your merciful protection over her in this intense heat. Keep her safe and healthy, and fill her with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). We also intercede for her car issues, Lord. We trust that You will provide the resources and wisdom to resolve these problems swiftly and easily. We know that You are faithful, and You will supply all her needs according to Your riches in glory (Philippians 4:19).
We claim Your promise in Isaiah 43:2, "When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they shall not overwhelm you; when you walk through fire, you shall not be burned, and the flame shall not consume you." We believe that You will be with her, guiding and protecting her every step of the way.
Lastly, we pray for her to draw closer to You, Lord. If she doesn't know You personally, we ask that You reveal Yourself to her, that she may find life eternal in Jesus Christ (John 17:3). In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
