Prayer Request For A Broken And Confused Heart

Dear Lord, Please help me to decide if I will continue my wedding to my fiance who has cheated on me a lot of times. There is no doubt that he loves me, but now I'm sure if that love is enough to sustain us together. Our wedding is getting near, and I am still uncertain about what will happen to us. He promised that though he has a history of cheating, he will never do that once he gets married. I want to believe him, but he has broken promises already, and I don't know if I can still trust him. Trust is one of the foundations of a relationship, and now we don't have it. Please Lord, I beg to please give me a sign of what to do. I know you never want to see your child getting hurt and suffering, please Lord help me. If we are really meant to be together, Lord, please make him a better and faithful partner to me. Give him strength to fight all temptations that surround him every day. Make me a better person as well so I can give the love and care he deserves. Make us both God-fearing and you to be the center of our relationship forever. Lord, give me also a forgiving heart, make me learn how to forgive his shortcoming and weaknesses. Make ### keep his promise that he will never cheat on me again as long as we both shall live.

Lord, I beg you, I am pleading for your mercy and salvation. Amen.

God bless you. Love does not cheat. This young man has a wayward spirit, a wandering spirit. God has shown you signs. I think you have discovered the betrayal over and over again. What you will be marrying is a spirit of deception, lust, lack of self-control. Look at the possibility of AIDS, and other sexually transmitted diseases, sleepless nights, broken heart, living a stressful life, alcohol-drunkness, depression, confusion, and much more. Don't settle. Honestly speaking before God and a Father who loves his daughter, would want you to compromise her value and herself to marry this kind of man?

There are honorable men, having integrity, have self-control, have high standards, dependable, respect, Godly men. A man that loves God, will love his wife. You will have peace without that young man.

Father, I pray for this young lady to come to know you as her saviour and Lord of her life, for You are the giver of life. You have her best interest at heart for You love her. I pray that You will send godly women to teach her what true friendship and relationship is all about. I pray that You will inspire her to read Your word and be encouraged and walk in the steps that you have ordered for her life.

I also pray for this man that she has intended to marry to save him. Father he is thirsty, lost, and is searching for life, he cannot find it in a woman, but he will find his true destiny in You. I pray that You send ministering angels to bring salvation. Father remove obstacle and hindrances in his life that will distract him in Jesus' name.

SINCE MARRIAGE IS A LIFETIME COMMITMENT FIND SOMEONE WHO WILL HONOR THIS (1 COR. 7:2,3,39). THE BIBLE SAYS TO TURN AWAY FROM THOSE WHO ARE CHARACTERIZED BY BROKEN PROMISES AND UNFAITHFULNESS (2 TIM. 3:1-6). LORD, GRANT ### THE WISDOM SHE NEEDS TO MAKE THE RIGHT DECISION SO HER LIFE WILL NOT BE RUINED AND HER HEART BROKEN (JAM. 1:5). GUIDE HER TO THE GOD-FEARING PERSON THAT YOU HAVE CHOSEN FOR HER TO MARRY AND HELP HER BE A GOOD GOD-FEARING PERSON AND WIFE TO THE RIGHT MAN, IN JESUS NAME, AMEN
