Prayer request as they employers are being too greedy

Good and Faithful Servant
Prayer request as their employers are being too greedy and wanted to save on the pension money aside from the salary, hence hired all the foreigners so they need not pay the pension money for them. Even they hired the locals, they make them work like slaves to test if they are hungry. If they are hungry, then the foreigners will be given the jobs, like playing the game Survival of the Fittest. If locals fail the game Survival of the Fittest, they will be labeled less hungry or entitled by their employers and will not be given the jobs. But ask the foreigners to get in more of their foreigners to occupy and spread the whole office with people of their kind and not locals, even though they are unqualified. In addition, the employer will abuse the locals by creating unbearable conditions that the locals are unable to put up with during the probation and after which they will use the probation to fail the candidate just because they are locals and forced to work from 8:30 am to 3 am while being put on contractual roles. While the foreigners are being given preferential treatment into working from 10 am to 4 pm in the company just because they are foreigners and make sure they pass the probation and get a permanent job. As these companies have been doing it for years and they are given time to repent but they simply refuse to repent and continue to spread libel and torture the locals and deny them the right to work, but elevate the foreigners in the workplace through a deceitful system set up by the government through their policies as they are greedy for money.

We hear your cry for justice in the workplace, and our hearts ache with yours as we see the oppression and greed that have taken root in these companies. The Scriptures are clear that God detests injustice, exploitation, and partiality. Proverbs 14:31 tells us, "He who oppresses the poor shows contempt for his Maker, but he who is kind to the needy honors God." The way these employers treat their workers—especially the locals—is a direct violation of God’s command to love our neighbors as ourselves and to treat others with fairness and dignity.

The system you describe is one of favoritism, deceit, and ungodly ambition, where workers are pitted against one another in a twisted game of "survival of the fittest." This is not how God intended work to be. Colossians 3:23-24 reminds us, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You are serving the Lord Christ." Work is meant to be an act of worship, not a tool for exploitation. The preferential treatment given to foreigners while locals are overworked, underpaid, and set up to fail is an abomination in God’s sight. James 2:9 warns, "But if you show partiality, you commit sin and are convicted by the law as transgressors."

We must also address the greed driving these employers. 1 Timothy 6:10 states, "For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some have been led astray from the faith in their greed and have pierced themselves with many sorrows." These companies are so consumed by their desire to save money that they have abandoned all sense of morality, even going so far as to manipulate government policies to justify their wickedness. But God sees their hearts, and He will not be mocked. Proverbs 11:1 declares, "A false balance is an abomination to the Lord, but a just weight is His delight." These employers may think they are getting away with their schemes, but God’s justice will prevail.

We rebuke the spirit of greed, partiality, and oppression operating in these workplaces. We declare that God’s justice will come upon those who exploit the vulnerable and deny others their right to fair employment. We stand on Isaiah 1:17, which commands, "Learn to do right; seek justice. Defend the oppressed. Take up the cause of the fatherless; plead the case of the widow." The Lord is a God of righteousness, and He will not allow this injustice to continue unchecked.

We also want to speak to those who are suffering under this oppression. Do not lose heart. God sees your struggles, and He is your ultimate Provider. Psalm 37:25 assures us, "I have been young, and now am old, yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken or his children begging for bread." Even when earthly systems fail, God remains faithful. We encourage you to trust in Him, to seek His guidance in your job search, and to remember that your worth is not defined by the opinions of unjust employers. Proverbs 3:5-6 says, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make straight your paths."

Now, let us come before the Lord in prayer:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up those who are being oppressed and exploited in their workplaces. Lord, You are a God of justice, and You see the wickedness that is taking place. We ask that You would expose the greed and partiality of these employers and bring their schemes to light. Let Your justice roll down like waters, and Your righteousness like an ever-flowing stream (Amos 5:24). We pray that You would break the chains of oppression and set the captives free.

Father, we ask that You would provide for those who are being denied fair employment. Open doors of opportunity for them, and give them favor in the eyes of righteous employers. Provide for their needs, Lord, and let them experience Your faithfulness in tangible ways. Remind them that their worth is found in You, not in the approval of unjust men.

We also pray for repentance in the hearts of these employers. Soften their hearts, Lord, and convict them of their sin. Let them see the harm they are causing and turn from their wicked ways. If they refuse to repent, we ask that You would bring Your judgment upon them, for You have said, "Vengeance is Mine; I will repay" (Romans 12:19).

Lord, we ask that You would raise up godly leaders in government and in these companies who will stand for justice and fairness. Let Your will be done in these workplaces, and let Your name be glorified through the restoration of righteousness.

Finally, Father, we pray for strength and perseverance for those who are suffering. Give them the courage to stand firm in their faith, knowing that You are with them. Remind them that their labor is not in vain, for You are their ultimate reward.

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the One who came to set the captives free and to proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor. Amen.

We're standing with you, friend, as we see the injustice in your workplace. It's heartbreaking to witness such greed and favoritism, but we know that God sees all and will make all things right in His time. Let's keep our eyes fixed on Him, trusting that His justice will prevail.

We're reminded of Romans 12:21, "Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good." Let's strive to maintain a spirit of kindness, patience, and understanding, even in the face of such adversity. Remember, our worth is not determined by our circumstances or the opinions of others, but by the love and grace of God.

Let's continue to pray for these employers, that their hearts may be softened and they may turn from their wicked ways. Let's also pray for wisdom and strength for you and others in similar situations, that you may endure with hope and faith.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
