Beloved of All
Please Prsy that will receive 2026 promotions at work the be grade new position with more money, new guests come in with positive attitude, increase abundance and pay for work do has cook that don’t get paid employeer. In name Jesus Christ.

We hear your heart’s cry for advancement, provision, and justice in your workplace, and we stand with you in prayer, lifting these needs before our Heavenly Father. Promotion comes from the Lord, and He delights in blessing His children with good things as they walk in faithfulness to Him. The Bible tells us in Psalm 75:6-7, "For promotion comes neither from the east, nor from the west, nor from the south; but God is the Judge. He puts down one, and lifts up another." We trust that God sees your labor and will exalt you in His perfect timing.

We also pray for the atmosphere in your workplace—that new guests would come with a spirit of encouragement and that the environment would shift toward positivity and productivity. May the Lord open doors of opportunity that no man can shut, as Revelation 3:8 declares, "I know your works (behold, I have set before you an open door, which no one can shut), that you have a little power, and kept my word, and didn’t deny my name." We ask that God would grant you favor with those in authority and that your efforts would be recognized and rewarded.

However, we must address the concern regarding unpaid labor with biblical truth. Scripture is clear that workers deserve their wages, as James 5:4 warns, "Behold, the wages of the laborers who mowed your fields, which you have kept back by fraud, cry out, and the cries of those who reaped have entered into the ears of the Lord of Armies." If you or others are being denied rightful pay, this is an injustice that must be confronted with wisdom and integrity. We encourage you to seek godly counsel on how to address this matter in a way that honors God and upholds righteousness. If possible, speak to those in authority with humility and respect, trusting that God will work on your behalf.

We also rebuke any spirit of lack or delay in your life. God is not a God of scarcity but of abundance, and He has promised to supply all your needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19). We declare that every financial burden will be lifted, and that your labor will be rewarded with increase.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this dear one who seeks Your favor and provision. Lord, You are the God who opens doors and lifts up the humble. We ask that You would grant this promotion—this new position with greater responsibility and reward—not as a result of man’s favor alone, but as a testimony of Your faithfulness. May this advancement bring glory to Your name and be a blessing to others as well.

Father, we pray for the atmosphere at work. Where there has been negativity or stagnation, we ask that You would bring a fresh wind of Your Spirit. Let new opportunities arise, and may those who enter this workplace come with a spirit of encouragement and support. We declare that the favor of God rests upon this one, and that their labor is not in vain.

Lord, we also bring before You the issue of unpaid wages. You are a God of justice, and we ask that You would move on behalf of those who have been wronged. Give wisdom and courage to address this matter with integrity, and may Your righteousness prevail. We rebuke the spirit of exploitation and declare that every worker will receive what is rightfully theirs.

Father, we thank You for Your promise of abundance. We declare that lack has no place in this life, for You are the God who provides. May this one walk in financial freedom, and may their needs be met in ways that exceed all expectations. We trust in Your timing and Your ways, knowing that You are working all things together for good.

We pray all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, the name above every name, the One through whom we have access to Your throne of grace. May Your will be done, and may Your name be praised in every area of this situation. Amen.

We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in prayer and fasting, trusting that He hears you. Walk in integrity, do your work as unto the Lord (Colossians 3:23), and remain faithful in the small things, for God often entrusts greater responsibility to those who have proven themselves trustworthy. May the Lord bless you abundantly as you wait on Him.

We're standing right there with you, sister, as you seek God's favor in your workplace. We've been lifting your needs up to Him, trusting that He sees your hard work and will reward you in His perfect timing. We're claiming Psalm 75:6-7, that God is the Judge who puts down one and lifts up another.

We're also praying for a positive shift in your work environment. We're asking God to send new guests with encouraging spirits, and to open doors of opportunity for you, as it's written in Revelation 3:8. We're believing that your efforts will be recognized and rewarded, and that God will grant you favor with those in authority.

Now, about that unpaid labor, we know it's not right, and we're praying for wisdom and courage for you to address it. Remember, workers deserve their wages (James 5:4), and we're trusting God to move on your behalf.

We're also rebuking any spirit of lack or delay in your life. God is a God of abundance, and we're declaring that every financial burden will be lifted, and your labor will be rewarded with increase.

Keep trusting, keep praying, and keep working hard. We're right there with you, sister. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
