Prayer please

Beloved of All
Please pray for me. I need healing, safety, and protection, and to experience God's love. I wish for God to take me and lift me up in His arms, and give peace to my thoughts. In Jesus name Amen

We join with you in prayer and thank you for sharing your heart with us and for coming in the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and peace with God.

Your desire to be lifted up in His arms and to know His love and peace is beautiful and reflects the heart of our Shepherd toward you. Scripture tells us He will feed his flock like a shepherd. He will gather the lambs in his arm, and carry them in his bosom. Isaiah 40:11. You are not forgotten or alone, He sees you and longs to carry you. We also remember that He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds. Psalm 147:3.

For your need for safety and protection we cling to His promise that He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust. Psalm 91:1-2 and He will give his angels charge over you, to guard you in all your ways. Psalm 91:11. Do not fear, for I am with you. Do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. Isaiah 41:10.

For the peace of your thoughts we pray that you will experience what God promises when we bring everything to Him. In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7 and casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you. 1 Peter 5:7. Jesus Himself says Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you, not as the world gives, give I to you. Do not let your heart be troubled, neither let it be fearful. John 14:27.

We pray together for you now.

Father in heaven, we lift up this dear one to You in the name of Jesus Christ. We ask for Your healing touch upon body, mind and spirit. Lay Your hands upon them and restore what is broken and weary. Surround them with Your safety and protection, be their refuge and fortress and let no harm come near them. Let them feel Your everlasting arms underneath them, lifting them up and holding them close. Pour out Your perfect love that casts out all fear and let Your peace which surpasses all understanding guard their heart and thoughts in Christ Jesus. Quiet every anxious thought and fill them with the assurance that You care deeply for them and will never leave them nor forsake them. Draw them ever closer to You and help them to rest in Your love each day. In the mighty and precious name of Jesus we pray, Amen.

Thank you for sharing your heart so honestly with us. We hear your longing to be safe, to be healed, and to really feel God's love holding you up and quieting your thoughts. We are praying with you for that today.

That image you shared of wanting God to lift you up in His arms is so tender, and it matters to Him. When thoughts feel restless or heavy it can affect every part of us at once, heart and mind and body, and it does not mean you have failed. Many who love Jesus walk through seasons where peace feels far away and need both prayer and steady support from others around them.

We encourage you not to carry this alone. If you have a trusted pastor, counselor, or safe friend or family member, consider letting them know how you have been feeling so they can walk with you more closely. If anxious thoughts or lack of peace are making daily life difficult, it can also be a good step to talk with your doctor or a counselor alongside prayer.

Father, we lift our friend to You in Jesus' name. Thank You that You see them, know them, and love them. We ask You to draw near and let them sense Your care, to bring healing and safety as You know best, and to settle their thoughts with Your peace. Provide caring people to support them day by day and remind them they are not alone. Amen.

Your prayer has been heard, and we join our hearts with yours before the throne of grace, asking the Lord to draw near to you in this time of need.

Men need comfort because they are but men, and the Lord Himself says, As one whom his mother comforteth, so will I comfort you. What a tender word is this. Should nature change and mothers prove unkind, still Zion dwells upon the heart of everlasting love, for God will not cease to comfort His people. He would take you and lift you up in His arms, not as a stranger, but as a dear child borne upon the bosom of infinite love. Everything that God does to His people is love. If He caresses, it is love, if He chastens, it is love, if He smiles or if He frowns, it is love, for God is love and to His people nothing else but love, boundless, unchangeable and perpetual.

You ask for healing, safety and protection, and for peace to your thoughts. Know this, that God's thoughts toward His people are always thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you an expected end. He seeks your peace, He creates your peace, He sustains your peace, and the hardest blow He ever lays upon His child is still inflicted by the hand of love. The Cross is the window through which the love of God is best seen, for there He proved His love not in words only but in action, when He gave His Son to bleed and die that we might live. If you would experience that love more fully, look there, and ask the Lord to open your eyes to the boundless mercies of which you are already the recipient.

For that peace which you desire for your thoughts, the promise stands sure, Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on Thee, because he trusteth in Thee. This is a present possession to be enjoyed even when sorrows surge around and duties press. It is the restfulness of a mind stayed upon Christ, the quiet of a heart that loves His Word and finds its joy therein, the peace of resignation and acquiescence to His will. Cease from quarrelling with God, and rest in the blood of Jesus which whispers peace within. And seek that peace also in the assembly of God's people, for the place of comfort is often where His people meet to hear His Word and call upon His name.

We pray for you now, that the Lord would lay His healing hand upon you according to His wise and gracious will, that He would cover you with His wings and keep you in safety, that He would set His protection about you by day and by night, that He would manifest His love to your soul so that you may feel yourself upheld in His everlasting arms, and that He would keep your mind in perfect peace as you trust in Him. May He lift you up and cause you to know that you are as much loved of God as if He had not another child to love, and may that love beget in your heart a returning love to Him who first loved you. In the name of Jesus Christ our only Saviour and hope, Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Thank you for sharing your prayer request with us. We join you in bringing these needs before the Lord and we thank God that you have come to Him in the name of Jesus.

We pray that our gracious Father will grant you healing according to His will, and that He will keep you in safety and protection. We ask that you will know deeply how much He loves you, not as a distant hope but as a present reality. As Scripture teaches, His love has given us grace, and His grace has given us peace, and we pray that this grace and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ will rest upon you and remain firm in your life.

We pray especially for peace in your thoughts. The peace of God is steady and faithful, not like the peace that depends on circumstances. We ask that the peace of God will rule in your heart, quieting anxious thoughts and guarding your mind, and that as you look to Him you will have confidence in the good things to come through faith in Christ. We ask that the Lord will lift you up as a loving Father lifts His child, holding you close in His arms and giving you rest.

May the Lord show you His love, give you strength for each day, and fill you with His peace. We entrust you to His care and love.

In Jesus name, Amen.

Your prayer has been brought before the Lord and I have prayed for you in the name of Jesus.

You asked for healing, safety, protection, to know God's love, to be lifted up in His arms, and to have peace in your thoughts. Those are deep and good desires and God hears them.

Scripture shows there are two kinds of peace. First there is peace with God, and that can only come through Jesus Christ. He made peace through the blood of His cross so that our sins can be forgiven. Without that, we are still in rebellion against God and at war with Him. When we turn from that rebellion and put our trust in Jesus and submit our lives to Him, the war is over. We are forgiven and we have peace with God. That is the foundation for everything else you are asking for.

Then there is the peace of God in daily life. Many who have peace with God still live with turmoil, fear and anxious thoughts because they have not yet learned to rest fully in Him. The promise is that He will keep in perfect peace the one whose mind is stayed on Him, because that person trusts in Him. Jesus said to His disciples, Peace I leave with you, my peace I give to you. And we are told of a peace that passes all human understanding that guards our hearts and minds. That peace comes when you place your case fully in His hands and keep your eyes on Him, trusting that He will take care of what concerns you.

That is why what occupies your mind matters so much. Scripture contrasts the mind of the flesh with the mind of the Spirit. The mind set on the flesh is focused on bodily and worldly things and it is opposed to God and cannot please Him. Its end is death, which is separation from God. But to be spiritually minded is life and peace. We are body, mind and spirit, and the mind stands in the middle. Whichever side you live for will fill your thoughts. If you live after the Spirit, the things of the Spirit will fill your mind, and that brings life and peace. As you turn your thoughts toward Him, fill your mind with His Word and with worship, and keep your mind stayed on Him, His peace begins to fill your heart.

You also long to feel His love and to be held in His arms. The Bible speaks of His love in that tender way, as one who puts one hand under your head and embraces you with the other, holding you close. That is how the Lord loves His people. He does not hold you at a distance. When you draw near to Jesus, you can know that loving embrace, and that love brings comfort and safety.

For healing, safety and protection, know that God is able. He has power to heal, to deliver, to set free, and there is no lack in His ability. At the same time His ways are higher than our ways and beyond our full understanding, so we do not put guilt on those who are suffering or pretend to have simple answers for every trial. We simply bring our needs to Him and trust His wisdom and mercy. He is your protector and deliverer and He is able to keep you.

So I pray for you now. Father, in the name of Jesus I lift this dear one to You. I ask that You grant forgiveness and peace with You through the blood of Christ, and then pour out Your perfect peace upon troubled thoughts. Guard this heart and mind with the peace of Christ. Let Your love be felt in a real way, lift this one up in Your arms and hold close. I ask for Your healing touch according to Your will, for safety and protection from all harm, and for deliverance. Help this mind to be stayed on You and to be filled with the things of Your Spirit, so that life and peace may reign within. May Your presence be known and may Your love and fellowship remain. In Jesus name, Amen.
