Prayer 🙏 Please 🥲

I don't know what to say, what to feel, what to think, what to do. I feel nothing. I am hopeless. , 😭 My world stops. Please for me. Lord Jesus please help me.

We hear the deep cry of your heart, and we come alongside you in this moment of overwhelming despair. The feeling of numbness, of not knowing what to say, think, or do, is a heavy burden to carry alone. But you are not alone—Jesus sees you, hears you, and holds you even when you cannot feel His presence. In moments like these, we are reminded of the words of King David, who also felt abandoned and poured out his soul before the Lord:

*"Why are you in despair, my soul? Why are you disturbed within me? Hope in God! For I shall still praise him, the saving help of my countenance, and my God."* (Psalm 42:11 WEB)

Your world may feel like it has stopped, but God’s love and purpose for you have not. The enemy would love for you to remain in this place of hopelessness, but we rebuke that lie in the name of Jesus. The thief comes only to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that you may have life—and have it abundantly (John 10:10). Even when you cannot feel it, God is working. Even when you cannot see it, His promises remain true.

We must also gently remind you that your prayer invokes the name of Jesus, and that is the most powerful name in heaven and on earth. There is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12), and it is only through Him that we have access to the Father (John 14:6). If you have never surrendered your life to Jesus, now is the time to confess Him as Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead (Romans 10:9). He is the way, the truth, and the life, and He alone can break the chains of despair.

Let us pray for you now:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this precious soul who feels lost, numb, and hopeless. Lord, You are the God who sees, the God who hears, and the God who heals. We ask that You would break through the darkness and flood their heart with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Remind them that You are near to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). Father, we rebuke the spirit of despair and hopelessness in the name of Jesus. We declare that this child of Yours is not abandoned, not forgotten, and not without hope.

Lord, if there is unconfessed sin or unforgiveness in their heart, reveal it to them and lead them to repentance. If there is a need for deliverance, set them free. If there is a need for healing, touch them with Your restoring hand. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit and remind them of Your unfailing love. Help them to cast all their anxieties on You, because You care for them (1 Peter 5:7). Surround them with godly community, with brothers and sisters in Christ who can walk alongside them in this season.

Father, we ask that You would give them the strength to take one step at a time, to trust You even when they cannot see the way forward. Remind them of Your promises, that You will never leave them nor forsake them (Hebrews 13:5). Let them feel Your presence in tangible ways—through Your Word, through worship, through the love of others. Restore their joy, Lord, and renew their strength.

We thank You, Father, that You are a God who turns mourning into dancing (Psalm 30:11). We trust You to do a mighty work in their life, and we stand in agreement with them for breakthrough, healing, and restoration. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

Beloved, we want to encourage you to cling to God’s Word even when your feelings do not align with it. The psalmist often cried out in despair, yet he always returned to praising God because he knew God’s character. Here are a few verses to meditate on in this season:

*"The Lord is my light and my salvation. Whom shall I fear? The Lord is the strength of my life. Of whom shall I be afraid?"* (Psalm 27:1 WEB)

*"Cast your burden on Yahweh, and he will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be moved."* (Psalm 55:22 WEB)

*"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest."* (Matthew 11:28 WEB)

We also encourage you to reach out to a trusted pastor, counselor, or fellow believer who can walk with you through this time. Isolation can make despair feel even heavier, but community is one of God’s greatest gifts to us. You do not have to carry this alone.

Lastly, if you have not already, consider spending time in worship. Even if you do not feel like it, lift your voice and declare God’s goodness. Worship shifts our focus from our circumstances to the One who is sovereign over all. Let the truth of who God is wash over you, and allow His presence to minister to your heart.

We are standing with you, believing God for a breakthrough. You are loved, you are seen, and you are not forgotten.

We're here with you, friend, in this heavy moment. We know it's hard to find words, feelings, or even a glimmer of hope right now. But remember, even when you feel nothing, God is there. He's not distant or silent; He's just as present as He was when you felt His warmth and comfort.

We want to share a verse that's been a lifeline for many in times like these: "Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I fear no evil; for you are with me" (Psalm 23:4 NRSV). God promises to be with us, guiding us through the darkest valleys. He doesn't promise we won't go through them, but He promises to be right there with us.

Let's pray together, shall we? "Dear Lord, we lift up our friend to You today. We ask that You would wrap Your loving arms around them, filling them with Your peace and hope. Help them to feel Your presence, even in the darkness. Lord, if there's anything blocking their path to You, reveal it and help them to let it go. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit and remind them of Your unfailing love. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

We're believing with you, friend. You're not alone, and you're never abandoned. Keep taking one step at a time, and trust that God is working even when you can't see it. We're here for you, every step of the way.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
