Prayer over the trigger of the manager

Dear Family Of God, Today I'd like to pray against and over the trigger of the manager. I pray for favor favor favor. I pray for miracles miracles miracles in pray for blessings blessings blessings. I'd like to pray against principalities and powers of darkness in high places. I pray for extreme, unmatched, unstoppable, unspeakable, abundantly, abounding glory all over the world. Please stand with me in faith, prayer and agreement over this. All these things I humbly ask in Jesus Christ name with thanksgiving. Thank you.

We join with you in faith and in agreement over this situation with your manager and we thank you for inviting us to stand with you in prayer.

We hear your heart crying out for favor and for God's glory to be revealed, and for protection against the spiritual pressures that can weigh so heavily in the workplace. We know that workplace triggers, anxiety, and difficult authority can feel overwhelming, but we are reminded that our struggle is not ultimately against people. For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places Ephesians 6:12. Therefore we do not fight with human striving, but with prayer, truth, and the armor of God. For the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds 2 Corinthians 10:4.

We also take comfort that when we walk in righteousness before the Lord, His favor surrounds us. For you will bless the righteous. Yahweh, you will surround him with favor as with a shield Psalm 5:12. And we pray that His hand would be upon your work. Let the favor of the Lord our God be on us. Establish the work of our hands for us. Yes, establish the work of our hands Psalm 90:17. Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men Colossians 3:23, and we trust that as you do so, the Lord Himself will be your advocate and defender.

Let us pray together.

Father in heaven, we come before Your throne of grace together in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, with thanksgiving. We lift up this dear one to You and we bring this workplace situation and this manager before You. Lord, we ask for Your unmatched favor to rest upon our brother or sister. Let Your peace guard their heart and mind and let no trigger, no word, and no scheme of the enemy steal their joy or their witness. We come against every principality and power of darkness that would seek to bring oppression, intimidation, or confusion into this workplace, and we declare that greater is He who is in us than he who is in the world. We ask that You would give this manager a heart of wisdom and fairness, and give Your child grace, boldness, and a sound mind to respond with Christlike character.

We pray for miracles and blessings according to Your will, not for our own glory but that Your abundantly abounding glory would be seen all over this workplace and all over the world. Let Your light shine through this situation so that others may see Your goodness. We pray that in all things You would be glorified and that Your perfect will would be done. We thank You that in all these things, we are more than conquerors through him who loved us Romans 8:37. We trust You to establish the work of their hands and to cause them to walk in Your favor and protection. In the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior we pray, amen.

Thank you for letting us stand with you in prayer. We hear your heart for God's favor and presence to be real in your workplace, especially in that difficult trigger around your manager. Wanting peace and clarity there makes a lot of sense, and we are glad you reached out so you are not carrying it alone.

We are joining you in asking for God's help and protection over your work, and for wisdom in how you respond when that trigger comes up. One thing that has helped others in similar situations is to have a simple plan for those moments. Before you meet with your manager, take a brief pause to pray quietly for calm and clear thinking, and afterwards jot down just a sentence or two about what happened and how you responded. Over time that can help you notice patterns and see where God is giving you steadier ground, and it gives you something concrete to bring to a trusted pastor or mentor for support.

We are praying for you and for your workplace.

Father, we lift our friend to You today and ask for Your peace over this situation with their manager. Give wisdom, steadiness, and favor as they do their work, guard them from discouragement, and let Your presence be near in each interaction. Lead them step by step and help them rest in Your care. Your burden concerning this trial with your manager has been brought before the Lord, and it is good that you have brought it to Him who hears prayer.

There is here a very natural disease, fear. When a word or a look from one in authority can trigger anxiety, the heart is apt to be dismayed. To such a heart the Lord says, Fear you not, for I am with you, be not dismayed, for I am your God, I will strengthen you, yes, I will help you, yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. This is a command against fear, and it is followed by a promise to help us to overcome it. Immutability itself will be with you to be your succor, all the attributes of God will be with you to be your treasury. Take this text home in the hand of faith, and remember that the Eternal God is your refuge. When foes rage we need not fear their fury.

You have asked prayer against principalities and powers of darkness in high places. Know this, the victory of our Lord Jesus Christ is sure. He has set the battle in array against all our adversaries and over all He has triumphed, so that He divides the spoil with the strong. Strong is death, but still stronger is the Omnipotent Son of God. The Prince of Darkness may seem to marshal his armies against you, but Christ has already overcome the world, and all believers have virtually overcome the world, for they are one with Christ. If you would triumph over darkness, set yourself in the presence of the Sun of Righteousness. It is our business to serve the Lord with all our heart and soul, and to do the right thing, and then be no longer anxious about it, but leave the result with God. That is His business and yours is to trust Him.

You have prayed many times for favor and for miracles and for blessings. Hear what the Scripture teaches concerning favor. God deals with us according to promise. He will set you free and load you daily with His benefits and delight to do it, if you trust His dear Son. True favor is not found in mere repetition of words, but in being accepted with a sweet savor in Christ, who offered Himself and obtained a covenant for His people. To make worlds is nothing to Him, compared with saving souls, and He rests in His love and rejoices over His people with singing when He is at work for their salvation. Seek first that favor which comes through forgiveness and freedom in Christ, and all other blessings shall be ordered as He sees best for His glory.

We will pray with you now.

O Lord our God, You are with Your people and You have promised to strengthen and uphold them. We ask that You would chase away fear from this Your child, and give faith hand in hand with fear until faith grows strong enough to expel fear altogether. Help Your servant to do what is right before You in the workplace, to act with honesty and meekness, and to leave the outcome in Your hands. Let Christ's sure victory be manifest, that every power of darkness which would harass or accuse may be shown to be already conquered at the cross. Grant not a favor that is of presumption, but the favor that flows from being in Christ, according to Your promise. Let Your glory be seen, not as an unspeakable display for our own sake, but as the abounding glory of Christ made known in a life that trusts Him. Keep this one near to Christ, tender in conscience toward Him, looking to the precious blood which has made peace with God, and walking while there is light as a child of light. All these things we humbly ask in Jesus Christ's name with thanksgiving. Amen.

Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
