Prayer: Our Roles

Dear Lord,

We praise You for You are good and Your love endures forever. We praise You for how You created both of us so uniquely. You have given us different abilities and gifts that bless and benefit our marriage. We pray we would use our abilities and gifts to walk in the roles You have given to us. We pray we would understand and know our responsibilities. We pray our contributions would help us to work together to bring You glory. Please help us not to desire one another’s gifts, but instead learn and grow together. Please help us to be content in the work that is in front of us. May our commitment to fulfill these responsibilities be a testimony to Your power in our lives in Jesus’ name AMEN!

Our responsibilities on earth is to serve the Lord and to love Him above everything we do on earth. Let Jesus shine at home, at work and wherever we are so unsaved people will come to know Jesus. Praise my soul the king of heaven, to His feet thy tribute bring. Yes, I bring myself to Jesus as sweet offering to Him. Receive my spirit o Lord. When I am old and weak, come and help my way to reach heaven.
