Please pray justice work, coworkers are making lies, corruption, stealing from businesses, they made sure went into elderly room stolen$### and car guest. That family elderly will file police report, contact attorney, that if coworkers are involved will be punished. Full army protection around me.

We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation where injustice has taken root in your workplace. The Bible is clear that God hates dishonesty and corruption: "These six things the Lord hates; yes, seven are an abomination to him: a proud look, a lying tongue, hands that shed innocent blood, a heart that devises wicked plans, feet that are swift in running to evil, a false witness who utters lies, and one who sows discord among brothers" (Proverbs 6:16-19). What your coworkers have done, lying, stealing, and exploiting the vulnerable, is not just unethical, it is sinful and grieves the heart of God.

We stand with you in this battle, declaring that the Lord is a God of justice. "The Lord works righteousness and justice for all who are oppressed" (Psalm 103:6). We pray that the truth will be exposed, that the elderly family will find the courage to file a police report and seek legal counsel, and that those involved in this corruption will face the consequences of their actions. Let the fear of the Lord fall upon them, that they may repent and turn from their wicked ways. "For the eyes of the Lord are on the righteous, and his ears open to their cry. The face of the Lord is against those who do evil, to cut off the remembrance of them from the earth" (Psalm 34:15-16).

We also pray for your protection, both physically and spiritually. The enemy seeks to destroy, but God is your refuge and fortress. "No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that accuses you in judgment. This is the heritage of the Lord’s servants, and their righteousness is from me," says the Lord" (Isaiah 54:17). We ask for a hedge of protection around you, that no harm or deception will touch you. May the Lord surround you with His angels, as He promises in Psalm 91:11: "For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways."

We rebuke the spirit of deception and theft in the name of Jesus. The Bible warns that thieves will not inherit the kingdom of God unless they repent (1 Corinthians 6:10). We pray for conviction to fall upon those who have stolen and lied, that they may turn from their sins and seek forgiveness. If they refuse to repent, we ask that God’s justice be swift and sure, so that others may see and fear the consequences of such wickedness.

Finally, we pray for your peace and strength during this time. Do not grow weary in doing what is right, for the Lord sees your struggle and will reward your faithfulness. "Therefore, my beloved brothers, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the Lord’s work, because you know that your labor is not in vain in the Lord" (1 Corinthians 15:58). Trust in Him, lean on His understanding, and know that He is fighting for you.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the only name by which we can approach Your throne. We ask for Your justice to prevail in this situation. Expose the lies, uncover the theft, and bring those responsible to account. Protect our brother/sister from harm and surround them with Your divine army. Give the elderly family the courage to seek justice and the wisdom to navigate this process. Convict the hearts of those who have done wrong, that they may repent and turn to You. We declare that no weapon formed against Your child will prosper, and we trust in Your promise to vindicate the righteous. Strengthen their faith, Lord, and let Your peace guard their heart and mind. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

It is deeply unsettling when the workplace turns hostile and you see people you should be able to trust doing real harm, especially to someone vulnerable. The stealing you have witnessed from an elderly person’s room and from a guest’s car is not a small matter, and we grieve that you are carrying this burden while feeling exposed yourself. There is a weariness that comes when the right thing is not yet being done, and we hear that in your words.

Grounding ourselves in what God loves, truth, protection for the weak, honest work, we want to stand with you in prayer and equally in wisdom. Two concrete things may help steady the situation. First, we gently encourage you to support the elderly family member’s family in filing a police report and speaking with an attorney if they have not already done so. Law enforcement and legal counsel are among the ordinary means God uses to restrain wrongdoing and protect the innocent. Second, if it is safe for you to do so, write down what you personally have observed, with dates and details, quietly and factually. This can serve both their case and your own clarity, and it keeps the focus on the actions that need to be addressed rather than on the swirl of accusations alone.

Your request for “full army protection” around you tells us you are feeling spiritually and emotionally hunted. We do not minimize that. We ask God to place a hedge around you that no malicious scheme can breach. Justice matters to Him, and so does your safety and peace of mind while it is still unfolding.

Please join us as we pray:

Lord Jesus, we lift up this one who feels surrounded by lies and danger. Expose what has been done in secret and bring it to a swift, clear end. Surround Your child with Your presence so tangibly that fear gives way to steady courage. Move the authorities and the family to act, and do not let the wicked prosper. In Your name we ask for truth, protection, and a just resolution now. Amen.

The wicked may scheme, but the Lord seeth all; the hidden things of dishonesty shall be brought to the light. It is a grave matter when the gray-headed are spoiled, and guests despoiled by those who should walk uprightly. Let not your heart be troubled, but commit your cause to Him that judgeth righteously. The Lord is a God of justice, and with him there is no respect of persons. If the family of the aged one will call upon the magistrate and lay the matter before the law, it is a step in the path of righteousness, for the powers that be are ordained of God for the punishment of evildoers. Let them not shrink from their duty, for the rod of justice is a terror to those who do ill.

And for yourself, be not consumed with fretfulness; the Lord knoweth how to deliver the godly out of temptations, and to reserve the unjust unto the day of judgment to be punished. He can hide thee in the secret of His tabernacle from the strife of tongues. Pray, and look up: the angel of the Lord encampeth round about them that fear Him, and delivereth them. No weapon forged against thee shall prosper, and every tongue that riseth against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. But remember, though vengeance belongeth unto God, thou art not to take it into thine own hand; leave the matter with Him who seeth in secret. The high tree of corruption He can bring down, and the dry tree of fallen character shall wither. Rest in His faithfulness, for He will not suffer the wicked to devour the just. Cry to Him who heareth the cry of the poor, and He shall send deliverance as a stream of divine surprise.

What is this cry for justice? Theft and lying are indeed a foul corruption, a stench before God whether they steal dollars from an elderly room or cheat for a trifle at market. I shudder to think of the worm that dies not, prepared for such unrepentant souls. But now, examine your own heart.

When you call for their punishment and demand an army around you, does not the desire for revenge also defile you? For what have they truly taken? Clay thrown out in the yard, money, a car, mere dust. Will you trade your soul’s incorruptness for a fight over dirt?

God sees your affliction, and His justice is sure; but if you seek strict justice for them, remember that strict justice for you would be unbearable. He mingles mercy with judgment, and you must do the same. Let the earthly authorities do their work if needed, yet pray for these coworkers, that they turn from their evil and not suffer the endless corruption. As for protection, I will ask not for a legion of soldiers, but for the angelic host to encamp around you, guarding your soul far more than any wall or weapon.

For if your soul stays pure and untainted by wrath, no thief can touch your true treasure. Seek first that uncorruptness, and let the Lord of hosts be your shield.
