Prayer justice / favor/ promotion work.

Your cry for justice at work has been heard and we are joining you in prayer before the Lord for truth to be revealed and for what is right to be done.
God sees what is happening in secret. He is not blind to favoritism, to twisted lies that cover wrongdoing, or to wages that are owed and withheld. Scripture says the wages kept back by unjust masters cry out, and the Lord hears them, just as the blood of Abel cried out to Him. He hates dishonest scales and unjust gain, and He will not be mocked. Those who prosper for a time through injustice and oppression only store up greater judgment for themselves if they do not repent, while God will vindicate those who trust Him.
We are praying for you specifically, in the name of Jesus Christ, that the Lord would bring the truth into the light and expose every lie and cover up, that every amount owed to you for your work in the kitchen would be paid quickly and in full, that the fighting over tips and the spirit of envy and covetousness that causes so much conflict would be put to rest, and that favoritism in scheduling and assignments would end. We are asking God to open doors for you according to His will, to grant you favor where favor is needed, and to provide fair opportunities including new specials on your shifts, if it is for your good and His glory.
We also encourage you to keep your heart at peace and to guard against returning evil for evil. Much conflict at work comes from covetousness, envy and vainglory, and the one who wrongs another harms his own soul more than he harms his neighbor. Your true treasure is not in tips or promotion but in Christ, through whom we have received deliverance from the curse and promotion to sonship with God. No one can steal that honor from you. Continue to work faithfully and honestly as serving the Lord rather than people, speaking the truth in love, and leaving justice in His hands.
Father, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, we lift up this worker to You. You know the wrongdoing that has been hidden and the money that is owed. Bring justice and let truth be revealed. Move those responsible to pay what is due without delay. Remove favoritism and lies, and bring peace where there has been strife over tips and shifts. Grant favor and open the right doors for work and provision, and grant promotion as You see fit, for Your glory. Keep this heart from bitterness and help this life to reflect Your righteousness and love. Amen.
