We come before the throne of grace with your request, lifting it up to our Heavenly Father in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. It is only through Him that we have access to the Father, and it is by His name alone that we are saved. Jesus said in John 14:6, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." We are grateful that you have come to seek God’s will in this matter, and we join with you in prayer.
Heavenly Father, we thank You for Your provision and care over this dear one and her children. You are Jehovah Jireh, our Provider, and we trust in Your perfect timing and wisdom. We ask that You soften the hearts of the landlords and grant them favor toward this application. Lord, if this apartment is Your will for her and her family, we pray that You remove any obstacles—financial or otherwise—that may stand in the way. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard her heart and mind as she waits on You.
Father, we also ask that You provide clarity and wisdom in this decision. If this apartment is not part of Your plan, we pray that You would close this door gently and open another that is even better, according to Your perfect will. You know the needs of this family, and we trust that You will not leave them homeless or without shelter. As it says in Philippians 4:19, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."
We rebuke any spirit of fear, anxiety, or doubt that may be trying to take hold in this situation. God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7). We declare that this family is under Your protection and care, and we stand on Your promises.
Lord, we also pray for strength and faith during this waiting period. Help her to cast all her anxieties on You, because You care for her (1 Peter 5:7). May she find rest in Your presence and trust in Your unfailing love.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in this matter, trusting that He is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28). If this apartment is not the right fit, remember that God’s plans for you are for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11). Keep your heart open to His leading, and do not be discouraged. The Lord is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). We are standing with you in faith, believing that God will provide according to His riches in glory.
