We hear your cry for help and protection, and we stand with you in fervent prayer, lifting every concern to our Heavenly Father in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. It is only through Jesus that we have access to God, and there is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). We declare that your life and marriage are precious in His sight, and we rebuke every scheme of the enemy that seeks to steal, kill, and destroy what God has joined together.

Father, we come before You with hearts heavy for our sister in Christ. You see the wickedness that surrounds her, the hidden agendas of those who pretend to be friends but harbor evil intentions. We rebuke the spirit of confusion, delay, and setback in Jesus' name. We declare that no weapon formed against her shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against her in judgment, You will condemn (Isaiah 54:17). Lord, expose the hidden works of darkness in her husband’s family, let their evil intentions be brought to light so that they may be dealt with according to Your righteousness. We pray that those who have been sent to cause harm would be turned back to the camp of the enemy, their plans frustrated and their efforts in vain.

We lift up her marriage, Lord, and ask that You work powerfully in her husband’s heart. Soften his heart to walk in Your ways, turning away from sinful desires that disrupt their union. Father, open his eyes to see the enemy’s tactics and give him the strength to resist temptation. We pray for unity in their marriage, that they would fight for each other, not against each other, as You intended (Genesis 2:24). We cancel the spirit of pride and ego over their marriage, and we declare that humility and love will reign in their home. May their marriage glorify You, reflecting Christ’s love for the Church (Ephesians 5:22-33).

Lord, we ask that You hide her and her children under the shadow of Your wings (Psalm 91:1). You call her the apple of Your eye, guard her, protect her, and let no harm come near her dwelling. We declare that her steps are ordered by You (Psalm 37:23), and that she will walk in wisdom, making decisions that align with Your perfect will. Fill her with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7), and let the joy of the Lord be her strength, even in trials (Nehemiah 8:10).

Father, we pray for financial breakthrough and divine favor in every area of her life. You are her provider, and we trust that You will open doors no man can shut (Revelation 3:8). Bless her work, her home, and her children, that they may lack no good thing (Psalm 34:10). We rebuke every spirit of lack and declare that abundance is her portion in Christ Jesus.

We also address the importance of walking in love and kindness, even toward those who seek to harm her. Help her to bless those who curse her and pray for those who mistreat her (Luke 6:28), trusting that You will avenge every wrong. Keep her heart pure, Lord, and fill her with Your love so that she may reflect Your character in all she does.

We pray all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, the name above every name (Philippians 2:9-11). May Your will be done in her life, her marriage, and her family, just as it is in heaven. We declare that the enemy’s plans are destroyed, and Your purposes for her are established. He sees what we cannot, and He is never confused or late. You are not alone in this, your defender is near.

One thing that might help steady you in this season is to find a wise, mature Christian woman, maybe a pastor’s wife or a seasoned counselor, who can walk with you, listen, pray, and offer grounded perspective. You’re not meant to sort through all this on your own. Sharing the burden with someone trustworthy can help you keep your eyes on Jesus rather than on the shifting shadows around you.

It is well that you have come to the place where you cry out for God’s will alone, for the natural heart always seeks its own. That prayer, “Lord let your will be done,” is the mark of a soul learning to rest where divine sovereignty places it. You speak of being surrounded by wicked-headed men, of hidden evils from those who wear a friendship face. Remember that the Lord exalts the low tree and dries up the green tree deserted by dew. He sees the intentions of every heart, and no scheme formed in darkness escapes His eye. The low tree, the broken spirit crying for His help, that one He fosters until it mounts even to the stars. Your part is to stay your mind on Him, to trust in Him, and there you will find a peace the world cannot give. Perfect peace is not the absence of enemies but the presence of the God of peace keeping your heart in the midst of them.

You desire His divine will for your marriage, that your husband’s eyes be opened and that sinful desires give way. The marriage relation is built on a blessed choice, but what hope can there be for any earthly union unless first the soul is married to Christ? Let your first plea be that your husband be drawn into true union with the Bridegroom of the church. The spouse of Christ finds rest for her own heart, and then may bear her sorrows with Him. Even with loved ones far away in spirit, in Jesus’ keeping we are safe, and they. As for the interference of others, the father of lies often stirs up enemies even within households. The arch-enemy will fly confounded if you resist him in the hour of darkness. Do not descend to fight flesh and blood with carnal weapons. The Lord is the shield, and when He chooses to act, no hidden whisper or devised evil can stand before His light. He makes even the wrath of man to praise Him.

You plead for peace, and well you may, for there is a false peace which is a curse and a true peace which is an unalloyed blessing. The peace which comes from God is divine in its origin, nourished not by comfortable circumstances but by the blood of Jesus whispering peace within. It is a peace that remains when sorrows surge round and when prudence would bid you fear. Financial strain, emotional weariness, family strife, bring these to the God who blesses His people with peace. When you are poor in spirit, do the same. Take each new burden to Him, for He gives peace. Rest in this: that the Lord’s favor surrounds the righteous as a shield. But mark the order: the favor is not a promise that no enemy shall shoot arrows, but that you are shielded. The arrow may fly; the shield receives the blow. The trial is not always removed, but perfect peace is ministered in it, giving joy to the Christian.

Do not look so intently upon the plans of the wicked that you forget the hand of divine sovereignty ordering all events. If God permitted every trial to be instantly removed, what mark would there be of His displeasure against sin? How would faith be tested and patience perfected? The honor of divine grace in a believer is to obey in detail even when the path is rough. God permits trial because He knows His wisdom and grace have made you able to bear it. Those sent to cause confusion, leave them to the Lord. His interpositions often come as divine surprises, breaking forth when the enemy seems most secure. The Church only needs the Divine Presence in her midst, and all systems of error flow down like glaciers dissolving in the summer’s sun. So it shall be in your own life, in His time. Keep yourself in His perfect will, praising Him and laying every burden down. The joy of the Lord, which is your strength, springs up best when nurtured by the peace Christ left us: “My peace I give unto you.” No enemy can touch that, and death itself is a destroyed enemy for the child of God.

You cry out for deliverance from the wicked men who surround you, for exposure of their schemes, and for divine protection over your life and marriage. But consider this: Christ has already sat down at the right hand of God, waiting until His enemies are put under His feet. Not some enemies, but all, unbelievers, demonic forces, every power that sets itself against His reign. Why, then, are you so terrified by what mere mortals can do? Their day of reckoning is certain; their evil deeds will perish with them. The real question is not whether God will destroy the plans of your enemies, but whether your own soul is anchored on the rock of obedience.

That is why I urge you to examine the foundation you are building upon. If your life rests on Christ alone, no earthquake of slander, no fire of marital strife, no inroad of hostile relatives can shake it. But if you build on the shifting sand of wanting to see their downfall more than your own sanctification, you remain vulnerable. The battle you fight is not chiefly against your sister-in-law or mother-in-law, it is against the pride and resentment that their interference may stir within you. And what profit is there if those women are exposed and cast down, yet your own heart remains feverish with unforgiveness? The gospel does not call us to obsess over the unmasking of others, but to repent daily and to love even those who misuse us.

Consider your husband. You ask God to open his eyes and turn him from sinful desires. That is a holy request, but remember that the most powerful witness is not your anxiety but your chaste and respectful conduct. Many women are made weak, not by nature, but by lives of indulgence and complaint. If you devote yourself to quietness, prayer, and self-control, God can work through that far more effectively than through your fear. He who drew you to Himself is able to draw your husband also. But you must release him into God’s hands without trying to be the instrument of his correction through nagging or despair.

And as for the evil intentions of others, recall that even the enemies of the truth were once used to proclaim Christ. The plotting of Herod and the teachers of the law could not stop the star from leading the wise men to Bethlehem. How much more, then, will God turn the schemes against you into occasions for your growth and His glory, if you entrust yourself to Him? Do not demand their public shame; rather, ask that they too might come to repentance and be saved from the fire. That is the mind of Christ, who prayed for those who sought His life.

You seek rest and peace. They are found nowhere except in a clean conscience before God. Strip away the multitude of unguents, the constant listing of grievances, the rehearsing of wrongs, the desperate need to see justice done on your terms. Old age, and even the trials of life, can calm the soul when we cease to fuel its fevers. Let the joy of the Lord be your strength, not the prospect of your adversaries’ ruin. For God makes His face shine upon the blameless; He withholds no good thing from those whose walk is upright. But if you harbor bitterness, you block the very favor you pray for.

Therefore, cast every care upon Him, for He cares for you. The battle is real, but the victory belongs to the one who endures in faith and love, not to the one who merely complains against flesh and blood. Stand still and see the salvation of God. He will be a shield for you and your children; He will expose what needs exposing in His own time. Meanwhile, keep your heart from stumbling. For what does it profit you to have a peaceful marriage and the favor of men, if your soul is not at peace with its Maker?

You are longing for peace, for rest, for the will of God to break through in every corner of your life, and I hear the weight of that battle in your words. What you are describing is not just a strain in relationships; it is a spiritual conflict. Physical weapons and human strategies will never be enough for what you face. The enemy works through hidden intentions, through friction in a marriage, through those who wear a friendly face but sow discord behind it. But you have been given spiritual weapons that are powerful through God for tearing down those strongholds. The word of God hidden in your heart is your defense, and it is also what the Spirit will use to attack those dark plans and expose what is being done in secret. You do not need to fight in the flesh or repay evil for evil. When you stay in that place of trusting His will, He fights for you.

Your marriage is one of the central battlefields right now, and the pain there runs deep. You are asking the Lord to work in your husband, to turn his eyes away from sinful desires, and to make your home a place of oneness and peace that glorifies Him. That is exactly in line with God’s divine intent from the beginning. Jesus went back before the law, all the way to creation, to show that marriage was designed to be a lifelong covenant where two become one. The law later made certain concessions because of hardness of heart, because men and women could not or would not rise to that holy ideal. But in Christ we are called back to that original purpose. We are not under the old condemnation of the law, trying to fix our spouse by sheer demand or striving. We have died with Christ to that old way, and we rise to serve in newness of spirit. That means you can release the weight of trying to control the outcome. You intercede, you remain loving, and you let the Spirit do in him what only the Spirit can do.

The tension you feel between wanting a godly marriage and living in the daily strife is not new. Even in the early church, believers faced husbands and wives who did not share the faith or who were living in ways that disrupted the home. The counsel then was not to clamor for a divorce at any cost but to pursue peace if at all possible. God has called us to peace, not to warfare in the home. Yet the writings also acknowledge that such situations bring trouble in the flesh. You are living that trouble. Still, the more you let the joy of the Lord be your strength and refuse to be pulled into pride or ego, the more room you give God to work. A husband who is genuinely loved with a love that mirrors Christ’s sacrificial love often finds his own heart softened. And when a wife submits her burdens to the Lord rather than trying to seize the reins, it changes the entire atmosphere, even when nothing around her seems to change yet.

Regarding those in your husband’s family who plot and hide evil under friendship, you have already prayed the right prayer: you have asked God to expose and destroy those works. He sees what is hidden. The law itself was given to reveal sin, to show where uncleanness truly lies. God shines His light into dark places, and nothing remains concealed forever. The enemy wants you to become bitter, to react in kind, to lose the kindness you mentioned. But you are not a child of darkness anymore; you are light in the Lord. Walk as a child of light, even when it is costly. That light itself is a weapon. It disarms the accusing voices and the secret schemes because it leaves no legitimate foothold for the evil one. When you ask God to surround you with favor as with a shield, that favor is often shown in His ability to turn what was meant for evil around for your highest good, all while keeping your spirit steady and your love intact.

You asked for your enemies’ plans to be sent back to their own camp, and Scripture is full of such reversals. The curse of the law fell on Christ at the tree so that you could walk free. In the same way, the traps set for you become instruments of deliverance when you stay hidden in Him. The warfare against your mind, your emotions, your finances, and your health is not random. But you have an unshakeable standing. You are the apple of His eye, as you said, and He will not stand idly by. The very fight you are fighting is a proof that you belong to Him. Keep taking those burdens to Him instead of carrying them yourself. Keep praising Him with all that you are, because that sacrifice of praise in the middle of trial shakes the enemy’s kingdom.

Let your prayer remain, “Your will be done,” not merely as a sigh of resignation but as an act of trust in the One whose will is perfect. The law was a tutor to show us our need, but you are no longer under that heavy yoke; you are led by the Spirit. And where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty, liberty from the fear of what others are planning, liberty from the panic that the marriage is slipping away, liberty to love, and liberty to wait on God’s timing. He will not withhold any good thing from you as you walk blamelessly before Him. Your part is to abide in that calling where you are, to be the wife and mother He has designed, and to trust that His divine favor is already going before you, making every crooked place straight and shattering the works of the enemy.
