We have heard your request and we join with you in bringing it before our Heavenly Father together in Jesus' name.
We pray first that God would increase your faith, for we know that faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of Christ as Romans 10:17 tells us. We understand your desire to see and sense things in the spirit, and we pray that the Lord would give you true spiritual discernment according to His will and not according to mere experience. We are reminded that the natural man does not receive the things of the Spirit of God as 1 Corinthians 2:14 says, and that we must test the spirits whether they are of God as 1 John 4:1 teaches. We lovingly encourage you not to seek visions or sensations as an end in themselves, but to seek Christ Himself first, and to let any spiritual insight be tested against Scripture and grounded in His truth. We pray that God would grant you wisdom and that you would grow in faith that rests on His Word rather than on feelings or vivid images.
We also bring before the Lord your pain and the heaviness you are feeling, and the loss of memory and vivid imagination that once came easily. We pray for healing and for a sound mind, for God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control as 2 Timothy 1:7 says. We pray that the Lord would touch your body and bring relief from pain, for He heals all your diseases as Psalm 103:2-3 declares, and He is the One who restores health and heals wounds as Jeremiah 30:17 promises. If what you are experiencing is a side effect of medication, we pray for wisdom for you and for those caring for you, and we encourage you to speak openly with your doctor about these effects, for the Lord often works through knowledge and care while we ask Him for wisdom as James 1:5 invites us to do. If there is any sin that has opened a door to oppression or clouded your mind, we pray that it would be fully broken in Jesus' name. We lovingly rebuke any sin that may be hindering you and we urge you to confess it fully before God, for if we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness as 1 John 1:9 says. Unconfessed sin can trouble the conscience and the mind, and we pray for cleansing and renewal through repentance.
We pray too for the restoration of your mind and memory. We know that you are fearfully and wonderfully made as Psalm 139:14 says, and we ask God to renew your mind day by day as Romans 12:2 teaches, and to help you bring every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ as 2 Corinthians 10:5 says. We pray that anxiety would not steal your clarity, but that by prayer and petition with thanksgiving you would experience the peace of God which surpasses all understanding guarding your heart and thoughts in Christ Jesus as Philippians 4:6-7 promises.

Your prayer has been carried before the Lord and we have entreated Him on your behalf, for He is a God who hears the cry of the needy and does not despise the sighing of a broken heart.
You ask that God would increase your faith, and this is a prayer He delights to answer. Faith comes by the hearing of faith, by hearing the gospel that Jesus Christ came to save sinners, and by believing that it comes from God. Faith is not a mere notion but a practical trust, like a man who sees a bridge strong enough to bear him and therefore steps upon it to go over the stream. So you are to drop down into the arms of Christ, to take what God gives. Do not despise the day of small things, for little faith is still true faith. It is born from above and belongs to the family of the saved. Though it be but as a grain of mustard seed, it is precious in the sight of the Lord, for it begins and ends with Jesus and will not go a step without His word, crying, Bid me come. He tenderly commends even little faith and will not quench it, but will increase it as you hear His Word and look to Him. Take up above all the shield of faith, for by it you shall quench the fiery darts and overcome.
You ask also to see and sense things in the spirit. Take heed that you seek not visions and sensations apart from the Word, but seek Christ Himself. The celestial lamp by which we see our way to faith is the Word of God, and the Holy Spirit works through it to give true spiritual sight. If the Lord is pleased to give you spiritual discernment, He will do so as you abide in Scripture and prayer, but rest your soul not on imaginings but on the sure promise of God in Christ.

The leaves of the tree of life are for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ is healing. Pluck a leaf by your poor trembling faith and it shall make you whole, for from our great Head abundant streams of healing flow down to men below. When Jesus healed the sick He said, Your sins are forgiven you, to show that pardon and healing are one in His hand. We pray that the Sun of Righteousness would rise upon you with healing in His wings.
If there be sin upon your conscience, remember that faith and repentance are twins born at the same time. A faith which allows you to think lightly of past sin is not the faith of God's elect. Come honestly to Him and pray, Wash me and I shall be whiter than snow. What grand faith it is to believe that though you are black as hell, the blood of Jesus can make you clean, and God will receive you as though you had never fallen. He will wipe away tears and there shall be no more pain when He restores. If your distress is in part the side effect of medication, seek godly and wise medical counsel, for the Lord often works through appointed means, and it is no failure of faith to ask a physician for help while you ask the Great Physician for healing. Bring both body and soul to Him.
