Dear Lord,
Thank You for forgiving us. Thank You for sending Your Son for the atonement of sin. Thank You for saving us. We pray we would understand the depths of forgiveness. We pray we would understand just how much we have been forgiven. Lord, please keep our hearts tender to the grace You have given us. Please help us to forgive ourselves. Please remove the gut-wrenching shame and guilt that we feel for the choices we have made. We also pray You would help us to continually forgive each other. We pray we would not make our forgiveness contingent on the other person confessing or changing first. We pray we would freely forgive just as You have forgiven us. We pray we would be humble in our marriage, knowing how much You have loved us in Jesus’ name AMEN!
