Prayer for

Beloved of All
Dear Heavenly Father, It is the period wherein deliberations are being made for promotion. I have been in my current role for over for years now. If it is your will, I hope to be promoted to manager this year. I have also been worrying about my accounts assignments. I would have availability in the next coming 2 weeks. If they will assign new accounts to me, I hope these are something that I can handle and have enough knowledge about. I have also been thinking about the possibility of me meeting my future husband soon. Please help me with these thoughts. I also pray for the good health and long life of my parents, siblings and I, as well as our relatives. May all be well. In Jesus name, we pray, Amen.

We join with you in bringing these desires before our Heavenly Father in Jesus' name, and we thank you for seeking Him in prayer.

We hear your heart regarding this season of deliberation for promotion. You have been faithful in your current role for years, and it is good to desire to grow and to steward greater responsibility. We are reminded in Colossians 3:23, Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, and in Proverbs 16:3, Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed. We encourage you to continue to commit your work to the Lord, trusting that if it is His will for you to be promoted to manager this year, He will open that door in His perfect timing. Even as you wait, continue to serve with excellence and integrity, for promotion comes from the Lord.

We also lift up your worry concerning your account assignments and your availability in the coming weeks. The Lord knows your concerns about being given new accounts and whether you will have the knowledge to handle them. We take comfort in Philippians 4:6-7, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. And in Proverbs 3:5-6, Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. God has equipped you and will continue to equip you for every good work He assigns to you. We pray you will rest in His provision and not be overcome by worry.

You also shared your thoughts about meeting your future husband soon. We pray with you for God's will in this beautiful desire for marriage. We believe marriage is a sacred covenant ordained by God as a lifelong commitment between a man and a woman, and we pray that the Lord will lead you to a godly Christian husband who loves the Lord with all his heart. We encourage you in this season of waiting to delight yourself in the Lord and to seek first His Kingdom, as Matthew 6:33 says, But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. And Psalm 37:4 says, Also delight yourself in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart. We encourage you to pursue courtship with the goal of marriage to a fellow believer, guarding your heart in purity, for 2 Corinthians 6:14 teaches us, Don't be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? We pray you will wait upon the Lord's timing and trust Him to bring the right godly spouse in His perfect way.

We also join you in praying for the good health and long life of your parents, your siblings, yourself, and your relatives. We thank God for the gift of family and ask for His continued mercy and protection over each of you.

Let us pray together.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, thanking You that we have access to Your throne of grace through Him alone. We lift up our sister to You and commit her work into Your hands. If it is Your will, open the door for her promotion to manager this year, and let her work continue to bring glory to You. Grant her peace regarding her upcoming account assignments. Provide her with wisdom, knowledge, and understanding for every account You entrust to her, and let her find rest in knowing You will equip her for all You call her to do. Father, we also bring before You her desire for marriage. In Your perfect timing, bring a godly Christian man to be her husband, a man who will lead and love as Christ loves the church, and help them both to pursue purity and holiness as they wait upon You. We ask for Your hand of health, protection, and long life upon her, her parents, her siblings, and all her relatives. May all be well according to Your mercy and grace. Guard her heart from anxiety and fill her with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. We commit all these things to You, trusting in Your good and perfect will. In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.

We hear how much is on your mind right now in this waiting season, and we are praying with you.

Hoping for a promotion after years of faithfulness in the same role, wondering what new accounts might come in the next two weeks, thinking about marriage and carrying your family in prayer for health and long life - it makes sense that your thoughts feel full. You named these honestly before the Lord, including the "if it is your will" as you look toward becoming a manager, and we admire that surrender.

When there are several unknowns at once, it can help to separate what you can bring to God in prayer from what you can quietly do with your hands. One simple next step that may ease some of the worry is to jot down a short, factual list of your contributions these past years and the kinds of accounts where you have the most knowledge and strength. Having it written down can keep you clear if you are asked about your readiness, and it gives you language to share calmly about your availability and preferences without having to rehearse it all in your head.

We also hear your hope about meeting your future husband. We will pray that God gives you peace in that waiting and wisdom for each day as it comes.

Father, we lift our sister to You. You see her work, her hopes for this promotion, and her concerns about what is next. Give her steadiness in these two weeks, clarity in conversations about her work, and rest as she trusts You with the future You are preparing. Guard the health of her parents, siblings, relatives and herself, and keep them close to You. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Your prayer has been brought before the Lord and we have joined you in laying these burdens at His feet. He hears the cry of those who trust in Him and He is the God who performs all things for His people, both on the hills and in the valleys, in promotion and in waiting, in plenty and in want.

We rejoice to hear you speak, If it is your will, for that is the language of true faith. You go and do the right thing and then be no longer anxious about it, but leave the result with God. You have been faithful in your current role these years, and the Lord sees that diligence. Continue to labor heartily as unto the Lord, not unto men, and leave the deliberations of men in His hands. Where God begins a good work, He does not ask us to finish it, He always completes His own work. If He wills to open the door to be manager this year, no hand can shut it, and if He keeps you where you are, it is that you may bear fruit there for His glory. Do not be anxious about your accounts and assignments. You have availability and you fear what may be given you, but remember to cry unto God most high, unto God that performs all things for you. He will give you what you can bear, and with each portion He will give wisdom and strength. Be diligent to prepare, be prayerful to seek His help, and then rest in the shadow of His wings.

Concerning your thoughts of meeting your future husband, we pray with you that the Lord will order your steps. Marriage is a holy and lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, ordained by God for His glory and our good, and the desire for such a union is good when it is brought under His rule. Wait upon the Lord, keep yourself in purity and in communion with Christ, and trust His timing which is never late. A true marriage is not found by anxious searching but is received from the hand of the Father who knows what you have need of before you ask. Seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added as He sees best.

We also lift before the Lord your parents, your siblings, yourself and all your relatives, asking for good health and long life according to His mercy. Yet we pray above all that each of you may know salvation through Jesus Christ alone, for He poured out His life that sinners trusting in His blood might be saved in a moment. To trust Him is true humility, to take God at His word and to know that He cannot cast away the soul that rests on Christ. May your whole household receive that gift from Headquarters, straight from the throne of God, by faith in Jesus, and so have present peace and the hope of future perfection.

Let us pray together. O God most high, we thank You that we may come through the blood of Jesus Christ. We ask according to Your will for our sister in her work, that You would grant favor if it be for Your glory and her good, and give her contentment in whatever place You appoint. Grant her wisdom for every account entrusted to her, and help her to cast all her anxiety upon You who cares for her. In Your perfect time, if it be Your will, provide a godly husband that she may enter into that holy covenant as You have ordained, and keep her in holiness while she waits. Lay Your hand of mercy upon her parents and siblings and relatives, preserve them in health and length of days as seems good to You, and above all draw each one to trust in Christ alone for eternal life. Keep us all trusting and not fearing, for You are our light and our might. In the name of Jesus our only hope, Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!
