We have continued to bring your health and your heart before the Lord. We have been praying for the health issues you have carried for the past year and for the emotional toll they have taken. We lift up the severe hair shedding you have endured for eight months and the anxiety that makes you scared to even touch or comb your hair and the distress of waking to find hair all over your pillow. We pray for healing from the persistent and painful acne on your face and back and for restoration of your sleep after so many nights of waking at 3 or 4 a m and feeling your body and mind are in a constant state of stress. We pray for wisdom for the doctors you have consulted and for the supplements you were prescribed for elevated thyroglobulin antibodies, and we ask the Lord to guide you to answers and to visible improvement after following advice and making efforts to improve your lifestyle without yet seeing progress. We also remember before the Lord the personal pressures you shared, the feeling of being single in this season of life with constant pressure about finding the right partner and figuring out your future, and the exhaustion and overwhelm and hopelessness of facing uncertainty in every area at once and losing much of your zest for life.
We take comfort as we pray for you in promises like Psalm 34:18 that the Lord is near to the brokenhearted and Jeremiah 30:17 that He will restore health and heal wounds and we ask God to make those promises real to you and to give you understanding of what is happening and a clear way forward and renewed hope that things can get better.
