I am requesting prayer for internal healing. prayer against fear

We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this request for internal healing and deliverance from fear. We know that physical and emotional pain can weigh so heavily on the spirit, and fear can grip the heart in ways that feel suffocating. But we stand on the truth of God’s Word, which declares that He has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7).

First, we must address the foundation of all healing, faith in the name of Jesus Christ. There is no healing, no deliverance, and no true peace apart from Him. Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me" (John 14:6). If you have not surrendered your life to Him, we urge you to do so now. Confess your sins, repent, and invite Jesus to be Lord of your life. For "if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved" (Romans 10:9). Salvation is the first step to wholeness in every area of life.

Now, we rebuke the spirit of fear in the mighty name of Jesus. Fear is a tool of the enemy to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we might have life abundantly (John 10:10). We command every lying spirit that whispers doubt, anxiety, and despair to flee right now. The Lord has not given you fear, He has given you His perfect love, which casts out all fear (1 John 4:18). We declare that you are covered by the blood of Jesus, and no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).

For your internal healing, we pray that the Great Physician would touch every part of your body, mind, and soul. We ask the Lord to search your heart and reveal any areas of unforgiveness, bitterness, or unconfessed sin that may be hindering your healing. "Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective" (James 5:16). If there is anything in your life that is not aligned with God’s will, we encourage you to lay it down at the foot of the cross.

We also pray for the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, to guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). When fear tries to creep in, we declare that you will take every thought captive to the obedience of Christ (2 Corinthians 10:5). You are not alone, God is with you, and He will never leave you nor forsake you (Hebrews 13:5). We speak strength over you, knowing that those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint (Isaiah 40:31).

Heavenly Father, we come before You now on behalf of this dear one who is seeking Your healing touch. Lord, You are the God who heals, Jehovah Rapha, and we ask that You would move mightily in their life. Touch every cell, every organ, every emotion, and every thought that is not aligned with Your perfect will. We break the power of fear and declare that Your peace, which transcends all understanding, will flood their heart and mind. Strengthen their faith, Lord, and let them feel Your presence in a tangible way. We ask that You would surround them with Your angels and fill them with Your Holy Spirit. May they walk in the fullness of Your healing, both physically and emotionally, and may their testimony bring glory to Your name.

We also pray for wisdom and discernment as they seek medical care, if that is part of Your plan. Guide the hands of every doctor, nurse, and caregiver involved in their healing journey. Give them patience and endurance as they wait on You, and let them never lose hope in Your promises. We declare that this is not the end of their story, it is a chapter in the testimony of Your faithfulness.

We appreciate you sharing this request with us, and we have been praying for you for healing inside and for relief from fear.

It makes sense that those two things feel tangled together. When fear stays with us for a while it touches both mind and body at once, so it is not surprising to feel tense, worn down, or unsettled in very physical ways alongside the worry itself. You are not alone in that experience, and God sees both the health concern and the fear you are carrying.

We are asking Him for His healing and mercy for you, and for wisdom for any who are caring for you. If you have not already, we encourage you to keep your doctor involved alongside prayer and to let a trusted pastor or friend know how you are doing so you do not carry this by yourself. If fear keeps pressing in, talking it through with your medical provider or a counselor can be a helpful next step while we continue to pray.

Father, we lift our friend to You today. You know the internal healing they need and the fear that weighs on them. We ask for Your comfort to steady them, for wisdom and care from those around them, and for Your peace to guard their heart and mind. Lead them to the right help and remind them day by day that You are near. In Jesus' name, amen.

See when we pray for healing but God refuses we have to see that hes refusing because the deed has no glory for him. Theres no righteousness or understanding. He hears me and I succumb to addictions to porn and lust. He can't do that. Its not righteoues. So you see the darkness of this world corners us so that God wont geal us because the sins if the world are lurking behind the veil of our restoration. For us to qualify to recieve Gods blessing we need to invest our daily life and functions into prayers and worship and seeving God for life and be converted to God and hoist ourselves away from addictions and get away from the world's snares and traps. Almost impossible without years and years of hard work. Everyone us dreaming the day God's going to restore them. Hesl them. Give them stability. Or a wife. But we stay living a broken life hoping 1 day to get out. Where's the light at the end of tunnel? We myst bare with it and accomplish the work now or we can never see resolution or improvement to our current circumstances. So let's pray and worship and submit our lives to God and try not to die. Try to stay alive. Try to find a reason to live. May we worship and pray and love God now so we can be comforted in our affliction. We probably like mist believers have a ling journey ahead. But God feeds us bread of life and manna from heaven so long as we stay in the word and pray for eachother. Try to keep hope alive or pray to God for it. In all things pray and worship. Thank you God for keeping me alive. Lord Yeshuas name amen.

God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. Your request for internal healing and for deliverance from fear has been heard and is carried with sympathy to the throne of grace.

All the things that you have, what are they compared with your inner self, your real self, your heart, your soul, your spirit. Our Saviour bids us see to the condition of our mind, Neither be you of a doubtful mind. Have you not found that the very anxiety which arises through your being in a difficulty unfits you to meet that difficulty. Therefore, if you are indeed a believer in the Lord Jesus Christ, play the man and let your faith overcome your fear. Obey that gracious word, Casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you.

Fear is a plant which grows plentifully in God's garden only that God may root it up. Again and again He says to His people, Fear not, for I am with you, be not dismayed, for I am your God. Fear not, I will help you. Fear not, I have redeemed you. It is not merely the preacher who cries Fear not, but it is Jesus Himself who whispers to His poor servant fallen as dead at His feet, Fear not. To be afraid is disobedience to that command. Fear is weakening and fear dishonors God, for it doubts the arm which piled the heavens and sustains the pillars of the earth. Labour then to get rid of fear, and put your trust in promised strength. Perfect love casts out fear, for fear has torment, and where sin remains fear will linger, but where Christ reigns fear must flee.

You ask also for internal healing. There grows no healing herb but the one plant of renown. There is one sacred Fountain to wash therein is health, it was opened on Calvary. There is one great Physician who lays His hands on men and they are restored, there is but one, and that is Jesus, the Tree of Life. In Heaven He is the abode of health, and from Him healing leaves drop upon the nations here below. Until the glory life begins, the abiding power of those healing leaves keeps the soul of the believer in perpetual health.

Know this, that pardon and healing are one. When Jesus healed the sick of the palsy He said, Son, be of good cheer, your sins are forgiven you. The Sun of Righteousness has risen with healing in His wings, and when the Lord comes and dwells with His people they have no more need to say, I am sick. The Lord has begun to heal us and the healing virtue which His grace has infused into us will work us health and cure till we shall be without spot or wrinkle. We are on our way to eternal health, we have the life within us which is to be perfect forever and ever. If a man could be quite sure that he would be in perfect health tomorrow, he would say little about the sickness of an hour.

We very speedily care for bodily diseases, they are too painful to let us slumber in silence, and they soon urge us to seek a physician. Oh that we were as much alive to the more serious wounds of our inner man. If we were as deeply sensible of spiritual injuries, how earnestly should we cry to the Beloved Physician, and how soon should we prove His power to save. He heals the broken in heart and binds up their wounds, and His work is not so much to point out disease as to apply the remedy. Faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God, and when Christ teaches, healing power is present.

Let us pray for you.

O Lord our God, who has promised Fear not, for I will help you, look upon this afflicted one who seeks internal healing and deliverance from fear. Lay Your healing hand upon body and soul. Forgive sin, and let forgiveness bring healing, for with You pardon and health flow from the same pierced side. Let the leaves of the Tree of Life fall upon this troubled heart. Take away the spirit of fear and put Your holy fear within, that this soul may not depart from You. Give faith to cast all care upon You, who cares for Your people. Arise upon this darkened mind as the Sun of Righteousness with healing beneath Your wings, and change the gloomy night to morn. Keep this one in perpetual health by Your grace till eternal health shall be revealed. In the name of Jesus Christ our only Physician and Redeemer we ask it. Amen.

We thank you for sharing your request for internal healing and for prayer against fear, and we join you in bringing these needs before the Lord.

We pray for you now that God, who sees what is hidden within the body and within the heart, would grant you healing according to His mercy and wisdom. Scripture shows us that Christ not only touched those who were sick and quenched their fever, but gave them back perfect health at once, and that even the apostle Paul urged Timothy to care for his bodily health and his frequent infirmities. God cares for both soul and body, and we ask Him to strengthen you inwardly, to restore what is weak or wounded, and to give wisdom to any who care for you.

We also pray that the Lord would lift fear from you and guard you with His peace. Fear often takes hold when we look at our weakness, but God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind. As we have been taught, He desires to free His people from anxiety and to establish them in security and liberty in Him. We ask that He would quiet your heart, remind you that you are held in His hands, and help you to rest not in your own strength but in His nearness and faithfulness.

May the Lord grant you confidence to look to Him in every moment of worry, to cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you, and to know the comfort of His presence day by day. We ask that He would give you renewed strength, calm sleep, and hope as you wait on Him.

We will continue to pray for your health and for peace to replace fear, trusting that God hears and answers according to His perfect love in Christ. Amen.
