Heavenly Father,

I come to You with a heavy heart, but I choose to trust You. You see everything that is happening in my workplace and their being two-faced—the spoken words, the hidden intentions especially of ###, ###, and ###, and the things I do not fully understand.

Lord, I lift up my department head to You. Grant her discernment and wisdom from above. Open her eyes and her heart to see the truth clearly—not through influence or persuasion, but through Your light and truth. Grant her realization because she is BLINDED BY ###.

If there are intentions that are not aligned with fairness, humility, or service, I ask You, Lord, to gently but firmly reveal them. Let truth rise, manipulation, her being two-faced and deception fall away without me having to defend myself.

I place my position, my work, and my role into Your hands. You know my heart, my intentions, and my desire to serve with integrity. Protect me from being unjustly excluded, overlooked, or removed.

Lord, I also pray for my relationship with my department head. Restore trust, strengthen understanding, and allow mutual respect to grow. Let our working relationship be guided by peace, clarity, and fairness. May she realize what ### are doing when she is not around. Let the intention of ###, ###, and ### to disconnect me from the CORE, wants me to be excluded be revealed. Please reveal and expose her to ### the truth to her heart and mind.

Guard my heart from resentment, pride, and fear. Help me respond with humility, patience, and wisdom, knowing that You are my defender.

I surrender this situation to You, Lord. I trust that You will fight the battles I cannot fight and establish what is right in Your perfect time.

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation in the workplace where deceit, manipulation, and hidden agendas seem to be at play. Father, we know that You see all things—every spoken word, every concealed intention, and every action taken in darkness. We ask that You would shine Your light into this situation, exposing the truth and bringing clarity where there is confusion.

Lord, we pray specifically for this department head, that You would grant her discernment and wisdom from above. Open her eyes to see beyond the influence of those who may be leading her astray. The Bible tells us in James 1:5, *"But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him."* We ask that You would remove any blindness and reveal the truth to her heart, not through human persuasion, but through Your divine revelation. Let her see the intentions of those around her, especially those who may be acting with deceit or self-interest.

We also lift up the one who has shared this prayer, asking for Your protection over their position, their work, and their role. We know that You are a God of justice, and we trust that You will defend the righteous. Proverbs 22:22-23 says, *"Don’t exploit the poor, because he is poor; and don’t crush the needy in court; for the Lord will plead their case, and plunder the life of those who plunder them."* Lord, we ask that You would guard this believer’s heart from resentment, pride, or fear. Help them to respond with humility, patience, and wisdom, knowing that You are their ultimate defender.

Father, we rebuke the spirit of deception and manipulation in this workplace. We declare that no weapon formed against Your child will prosper, as Isaiah 54:17 tells us, *"No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that accuses you in judgment. This is the heritage of the Lord’s servants, and their righteousness is of me," says the Lord."* We pray that any hidden agendas would be exposed, and that those who are acting with ill intent would be brought to light. Let truth rise and deception fall, not through human effort, but through Your mighty hand.

We also pray for restoration in the relationship between this believer and their department head. May trust be rebuilt, understanding strengthened, and mutual respect grow. Let their working relationship be guided by peace, clarity, and fairness, as Colossians 3:23-24 reminds us, *"And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ."*

Lord, we surrender this entire situation into Your hands. We trust that You will fight the battles that cannot be fought in human strength. We declare that You are the ultimate judge and defender, and we rest in the knowledge that You will establish what is right in Your perfect timing. We pray all of this in the mighty name of Jesus, for there is no other name by which we can come before You, and no other name by which we can be saved. Amen.

To the one who shared this prayer, we encourage you to continue standing firm in your faith, knowing that God is your refuge and strength. Do not be discouraged by the actions of others, but trust in the Lord’s justice and timing. Keep your heart pure before Him, and let His peace guard your mind as you wait on Him.
