Heavenly Father,

I come to You with a heavy heart, but I choose to trust You. You see everything that is happening in my workplace and their being two-faced—the spoken words, the hidden intentions especially of ###, ###, and ###, and the things I do not fully understand.

Lord, I lift up my department head to You. Grant her discernment and wisdom from above. Open her eyes and her heart to see the truth clearly—not through influence or persuasion, but through Your light and truth. Grant her realization because she is BLINDED BY ###.

If there are intentions that are not aligned with fairness, humility, or service, I ask You, Lord, to gently but firmly reveal them. Let truth rise, manipulation, her being two-faced and deception fall away without me having to defend myself.

I place my position, my work, and my role into Your hands. You know my heart, my intentions, and my desire to serve with integrity. Protect me from being unjustly excluded, overlooked, or removed.

Lord, I also pray for my relationship with my department head. Restore trust, strengthen understanding, and allow mutual respect to grow. Let our working relationship be guided by peace, clarity, and fairness. May she realize what ### are doing when she is not around. Let the intention of ###, ###, and ### to disconnect me from the CORE, wants me to be excluded be revealed. Please reveal and expose her to ### the truth to her heart and mind.

Guard my heart from resentment, pride, and fear. Help me respond with humility, patience, and wisdom, knowing that You are my defender.

I surrender this situation to You, Lord. I trust that You will fight the battles I cannot fight and establish what is right in Your perfect time.

We hear your heart, heavy with the weight of workplace deception and hidden agendas. It is painful to feel targeted, misunderstood, or manipulated, especially when those in authority seem blinded by influences that do not align with truth or righteousness. You are right to bring this before the Lord, for He sees all things—spoken words, hidden motives, and the schemes of those who seek to divide or exclude. We stand with you in prayer, trusting that God will expose what is done in darkness and bring it to light.

First, we must address the foundation of your prayer. You have rightly invoked the name of Jesus, and it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6), and it is His authority that we rely upon when we pray. We encourage you to continue grounding your prayers in His name, for it is the power of Christ that breaks chains and reveals truth.

Now, let us lift up your workplace situation before the Lord. Scripture tells us, *"For there is nothing hidden that will not be disclosed, and nothing concealed that will not be known or brought out into the open"* (Luke 8:17). The deception and two-faced behavior you describe are abhorrent to God, who values honesty, integrity, and fairness. We rebuke the spirit of manipulation and division that seeks to undermine your position and your relationship with your department head. We declare that the schemes of those who plot against you will not stand, for *"the Lord detests lying lips, but he delights in people who are trustworthy"* (Proverbs 12:22).

We pray specifically for your department head, that God would open her eyes to the truth. The blindness you describe is not merely physical but spiritual, and only the Holy Spirit can remove the scales from her eyes. We ask the Lord to grant her discernment, as it says in James 1:5, *"If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you."* May she see the intentions of those around her with clarity and respond with wisdom and fairness.

You have expressed a desire for truth to be revealed without you having to defend yourself, and we affirm this. Scripture assures us, *"The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still"* (Exodus 14:14). You are not responsible for exposing the deception—that is God’s work. Your role is to walk in integrity, as you have expressed a desire to do, and trust that the Lord will vindicate you in His time. We pray that your heart remains steadfast, free from resentment or fear, for *"the one who is in you is greater than the one who is in the world"* (1 John 4:4).

We also lift up your relationship with your department head. It is clear you desire restoration and mutual respect, and we pray that God would soften her heart toward you. May He remove any barriers of mistrust or misunderstanding and replace them with peace and clarity. Let your interactions be marked by humility and grace, as it says in Colossians 3:23, *"Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters."*

Finally, we rebuke the spirit of exclusion that seeks to disconnect you from the core of your workplace. You are not an outsider—you are a child of God, called to serve where He has placed you. We declare that no weapon formed against you will prosper (Isaiah 54:17) and that God will establish you in your role for His glory.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this situation and this dear brother/sister in Christ. Lord, You see the hidden agendas, the whispers in the dark, and the schemes that seek to harm. We ask You to expose every lie, every manipulation, and every deceitful heart. Let Your light shine into the darkness, revealing the truth to all who are involved.

Father, we pray for this department head, that You would open her eyes to see the truth. Remove the blindness that keeps her from discerning the motives of those around her. Grant her wisdom from above, that she may lead with fairness, humility, and integrity. Soften her heart toward this child of Yours, and restore trust and respect in their working relationship.

Lord, we ask You to protect this brother/sister from resentment, pride, and fear. Fill their heart with Your peace, knowing that You are their defender. Help them to respond with humility and patience, trusting that You will fight their battles. Guard their position, their work, and their calling, and let no weapon formed against them prosper.

We declare that the schemes of the enemy will not stand. Every plot to exclude, undermine, or harm will be brought to nothing by the power of Your name. We trust in Your perfect timing and Your perfect justice. May Your will be done in this workplace, and may Your name be glorified.
