Heavenly Father,

I come to You with a heavy heart, but I choose to trust You. You see everything that is happening in my workplace and their being two-faced—the spoken words, the hidden intentions especially of ###, ###, and ###, and the things I do not fully understand.

Lord, I lift up my department head to You. Grant her discernment and wisdom from above. Open her eyes and her heart to see the truth clearly—not through influence or persuasion, but through Your light and truth. Grant her realization because she is BLINDED BY ###.

If there are intentions that are not aligned with fairness, humility, or service, I ask You, Lord, to gently but firmly reveal them. Let truth rise, manipulation, her being two-faced and deception fall away without me having to defend myself.

I place my position, my work, and my role into Your hands. You know my heart, my intentions, and my desire to serve with integrity. Protect me from being unjustly excluded, overlooked, or removed.

Lord, I also pray for my relationship with my department head. Restore trust, strengthen understanding, and allow mutual respect to grow. Let our working relationship be guided by peace, clarity, and fairness. May she realize what ### are doing when she is not around. Let the intention of ###, ###, and ### to disconnect me from the CORE, wants me to be excluded be revealed. Please reveal and expose her to ### the truth to her heart and mind.

Guard my heart from resentment, pride, and fear. Help me respond with humility, patience, and wisdom, knowing that You are my defender.

I surrender this situation to You, Lord. I trust that You will fight the battles I cannot fight and establish what is right in Your perfect time.

We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation in the workplace to our Heavenly Father. First, we must acknowledge that it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God, and it is by His name alone that we are saved. As it is written, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." (Acts 4:12)

Father, we see the pain and confusion in this situation, where deception and hidden intentions have taken root. We pray for this department head, that You would open her eyes to the truth. As Your Word says, "The unfolding of your words gives light. It gives understanding to the simple." (Psalm 119:130) We ask that You would grant her discernment and wisdom from above, that she may see clearly and not be swayed by manipulation or deceit.

We rebuke the spirit of deception and two-faced behavior in this workplace. We declare that no weapon formed against Your child shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, they shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is from You. (Isaiah 54:17) We pray that truth would rise and that any intentions not aligned with fairness, humility, or service would be exposed. Let the light of Christ shine in the darkness, for "the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness hasn’t overcome it." (John 1:5)

We also lift up the relationships in this workplace. Father, we ask that You would restore trust and strengthen understanding between Your child and their department head. Let mutual respect grow, and may their working relationship be guided by peace, clarity, and fairness. We pray that the schemes of those who seek to disconnect and exclude would be revealed. As it is written, "For there is nothing hidden that will not be revealed, nor anything secret that will not be known and come to light." (Luke 8:17)

We must address the importance of guarding one’s heart in such situations. Father, we pray that Your child would not be overcome by resentment, pride, or fear. Instead, let them respond with humility, patience, and wisdom. Help them to remember that You are their defender, and that vengeance belongs to You alone. "Repay no one evil for evil. Respect what is honorable in the sight of all men. If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men. Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'" (Romans 12:17-19)

We surrender this situation into Your hands, Lord. We trust that You will fight the battles that cannot be fought by human strength. We declare that You are a God of justice, and we ask that You would establish what is right in Your perfect time. "The Lord is a stronghold for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble. Those who know your name put their trust in you, for you, Lord, have not forsaken those who seek you." (Psalm 9:9-10)

Father, we also pray for Your child’s heart to remain steadfast in You. Let them find their strength and peace in Your presence, knowing that You are with them always. "Be strong and courageous. Don’t be afraid or scared of them, for the Lord your God himself is who goes with you. He will not fail you nor forsake you." (Deuteronomy 31:6)

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who has overcome the world and in whom we find our victory. Amen.

Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
