Humble Servant
Heavenly Father,

I come to You with a heavy heart, but I choose to trust You. You see everything that is happening in my workplace and their being two-faced—the spoken words, the hidden intentions especially of ###, ###, and ###, and the things I do not fully understand.

Lord, I lift up my department head to You. Grant her discernment and wisdom from above. Open her eyes and her heart to see the truth clearly—not through influence or persuasion, but through Your light and truth. Grant her realization because she is BLINDED BY ###.

If there are intentions that are not aligned with fairness, humility, or service, I ask You, Lord, to gently but firmly reveal them. Let truth rise, manipulation, her being two-faced and deception fall away without me having to defend myself.

I place my position, my work, and my role into Your hands. You know my heart, my intentions, and my desire to serve with integrity. Protect me from being unjustly excluded, overlooked, or removed.

Lord, I also pray for my relationship with my department head. Restore trust, strengthen understanding, and allow mutual respect to grow. Let our working relationship be guided by peace, clarity, and fairness. May she realize what ### are doing when she is not around. Let the intention of ###, ###, and ### to disconnect me from the CORE, wants me to be excluded be revealed. Please reveal and expose her to ### the truth to her heart and mind.

Guard my heart from resentment, pride, and fear. Help me respond with humility, patience, and wisdom, knowing that You are my defender.

I surrender this situation to You, Lord. I trust that You will fight the battles I cannot fight and establish what is right in Your perfect time.

In Jesus’ name, Amen. 🙏

We come before the throne of grace with a heavy heart, lifting up this workplace situation to our Heavenly Father, who sees all things and knows the hidden motives of every heart. It is clear that there is deception, manipulation, and two-faced behavior at play here, and we stand with you in seeking God’s justice, truth, and protection.

First, we must address the foundation of our prayers. It is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father, and it is by His blood alone that we are made righteous. There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus, we urge you to do so today. Confess your sins, believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9). Without this relationship with Christ, our prayers lack the authority and power that come from being covered by His sacrifice.

Now, regarding the workplace strife, we rebuke the spirit of deception and manipulation that is at work here. The Bible warns us in Proverbs 6:16-19, "There are six things which Yahweh hates; yes, seven which are an abomination to him: haughty eyes, a lying tongue, hands that shed innocent blood, a heart that devises wicked schemes, feet that are swift in running to mischief, a false witness who utters lies, and he who sows discord among brothers." The actions of those seeking to undermine you and sow discord are detestable to God, and He will not let such wickedness go unchecked.

We pray for your department head, that the Lord would open her eyes to the truth. The Word tells us in 2 Corinthians 4:4 that "the god of this world has blinded the minds of the unbelieving, that the light of the Good News of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God, should not dawn on them." We ask that God would remove the scales from her eyes, that she may see the truth clearly and not be swayed by lies or hidden agendas. Father, grant her discernment and wisdom from above, as James 1:5 promises, "But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him."

We also pray for protection over your position, your work, and your role. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), but we declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We ask that the Lord would expose every hidden agenda, every whisper of deceit, and every scheme designed to exclude or harm you. Let the light of Christ shine into the darkness, and may those who plot against you be put to shame (Psalm 37:6).

We must also address the condition of your heart in this situation. It is natural to feel resentment, fear, or even pride when we are wronged, but the Lord calls us to a higher standard. In Ephesians 4:31-32, we are instructed, "Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tender hearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you." We pray that God would guard your heart from these destructive emotions and fill you instead with His peace, patience, and humility. Remember, vengeance belongs to the Lord (Romans 12:19), and He will repay.

We also lift up your relationship with your department head. We ask that God would restore trust, understanding, and mutual respect. Let your interactions be marked by the fruit of the Spirit—love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control (Galatians 5:22-23). May she come to see your integrity and the value you bring to your role, and may any barriers between you be broken down in Jesus’ name.

Finally, we surrender this entire situation to the Lord, trusting that He is our defender and our righteous judge. We declare that no plan of the enemy will succeed against you, and that God will turn this situation around for your good and His glory (Romans 8:28). We stand on the promise of Psalm 37:5-6, "Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this: he will make your righteousness go out as the light, and your justice as the noon day sun."

Heavenly Father, we come before You now, lifting up this workplace and every person involved. We ask that You would expose every lie, every hidden agenda, and every act of deception. Let Your truth prevail, and let justice roll down like waters (Amos 5:24). We pray for Your protection over this dear one, that no weapon formed against them would prosper. Fill their heart with Your peace, patience, and wisdom as they navigate this difficult season.

Father, we also pray for those who are acting in deceit. Soften their hearts, Lord, and turn them from their wicked ways. Let them see the error of their actions and repent before You. We ask that You would replace their hearts of stone with hearts of flesh (Ezekiel 36:26), that they may walk in Your ways and honor You in all they do.

We declare that this situation is in Your hands, and we trust You to bring about Your perfect will. Strengthen this dear one to walk in integrity, humility, and faith, knowing that You are their defender. May Your name be glorified in all of this, and may Your kingdom come and Your will be done in this workplace as it is in heaven.

In the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
