We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this dear sister who is suffering from a cold and cough. Father God, we know that You are the Great Physician, the One who heals all our diseases. We ask that You would touch her body with Your healing hand, relieving her of this discomfort and restoring her to full health. Your Word tells us in Psalm 103:2-3, "Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases." We claim this promise over her life today.
Lord, we also ask that You would strengthen her immune system and give her body the rest it needs to recover. Surround her with Your peace and comfort as she endures this trial. We pray that she would feel Your presence near, bringing her hope and encouragement in this time of weakness.
We must also take a moment to address the way this prayer was framed. While we appreciate the desire to seek God’s healing, we noticed that the prayer did not invoke the name of Jesus Christ, who is the only mediator between God and man (1 Timothy 2:5). It is through His name alone that we have access to the Father, and there is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). We must always come to God in the name of Jesus, for He is the way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6). Without Him, our prayers are not heard, and our faith is in vain.
If this sister has not yet placed her faith in Jesus Christ, we urge her to do so today. Salvation is found in no one else, and it is by grace through faith in Him that we are saved (Ephesians 2:8-9). If she has already trusted in Christ, we encourage her to continue growing in her relationship with Him, seeking His will in all things.
Father, we also pray for wisdom in how to care for her body, which is the temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). May she honor You with her choices, whether in rest, nutrition, or seeking medical care if needed. We rebuke any spirit of sickness in Jesus’ name and command it to leave her body. We declare that by His stripes, she is healed (Isaiah 53:5).
We stand in agreement with this sister, believing that God is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20). May His will be done in her life, and may she experience His healing power in every way. We trust You, Lord, and we give You all the glory. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

Seek His Face and Presence not just His hand. In his Presence is everything you need. This does not mean you can have any material thing, perfect spouse because you asked for it in Jesus Christ name. You will have your needs, some of your wants, and difficult trials. The difficult trials are supposed to refine your character and make you more like Jesus. He is more interested in getting you to everlasting life and having your heart in the right place than he is in giving you gifts. It’s eternal life he’s concerned with.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
