Heavenly Father,

I lift up my department head to You today and every day, Lord, grant her the gift of discernment and good judgment in every decision she makes. Open her eyes to see the truth clearly and not be swayed by manipulation, lies, or double-faced words, especially of ### and ###. Protect her mind and heart from negativity and those who seek to cause division.

Father, I also pray for my relationship with her. May You bring peace, respect, and understanding between us. Help us to work together in harmony, with honesty and love at the center of our team. Remove any walls of misunderstanding, and replace them with trust and unity.

Lord, may Your wisdom guide her leadership, and may Your grace cover our department so that we may serve with integrity and excellence.

We join you in lifting up your department head before the Lord, recognizing that wisdom, discernment, and unity are vital in the workplace. It is good that you have prayed in the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father, and there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved. As Scripture reminds us, *"If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him"* (James 1:5, WEB). We pray that your leader will be filled with godly wisdom, able to see through deception and lead with integrity, for *"the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceful, gentle, reasonable, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy"* (James 3:17, WEB).

We also stand with you in praying for your relationship with her, that it would be rooted in mutual respect and understanding. The apostle Paul urges us, *"If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men"* (Romans 12:18, WEB). May the Lord break down any walls of misunderstanding and replace them with trust and unity, so that your interactions may reflect the love and grace of Christ. Let your words and actions be seasoned with salt, *"Let your speech always be with grace, seasoned with salt, that you may know how you ought to answer each one"* (Colossians 4:6, WEB), and may your work together bring glory to God.

However, we must gently address the mention of *"%23%23%23"* in your prayer. While we understand the frustration that may lie behind such references, we are called to a higher standard—one that does not entertain bitterness, gossip, or unspoken accusations. Scripture warns us, *"Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be put away from you, with all malice"* (Ephesians 4:31, WEB). Instead of focusing on the faults of others, even in prayer, we are to *"bear one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ"* (Galatians 6:2, WEB). If there are specific concerns or grievances, we encourage you to address them with humility and, if necessary, through proper channels, always seeking reconciliation and peace.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with a heart of intercession for this workplace and the leadership within it. We ask that You grant this department head a spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Christ, that the eyes of her understanding may be enlightened (Ephesians 1:17-18). Guard her heart and mind from the snares of the enemy, and let her leadership be marked by fairness, clarity, and godly discernment. Where there is division or misunderstanding, Lord, bring healing and unity. Soften hearts and open doors for honest, respectful communication.

We pray for our sister who has brought this request, that You would fill her with Your peace and guide her words and actions. Help her to be a light in her workplace, reflecting Your love and grace even in challenging situations. May her work be excellent, her attitude be Christlike, and her relationships be marked by Your harmony. Let her trust in You completely, knowing that You are sovereign over every circumstance.

Lord, we rebuke any spirit of strife, gossip, or bitterness that may seek to take root. Instead, let Your Holy Spirit cultivate an atmosphere of cooperation, honesty, and mutual respect. May this department be a place where Your will is done, and Your name is glorified.

We ask all these things in the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who alone is our mediator and advocate before the Father. Amen.
