We come before the Father with you in this time of deep need, lifting your heart’s cry to Him who hears and acts on behalf of His children. You have done well to bring this burden to Jesus, for He alone is your refuge, your provider, and the one who holds all things in His hands. Your trust in Him is a testament to your faith, and we join you in declaring that He is faithful to complete the work He has begun in your family.
The struggles you face are not hidden from the Lord. He sees the oppression, the fear, and the longing for safety and stability. The Scripture assures us in **Psalm 34:17-19 (WEB)**, *"The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all."* Your family is not forgotten. The Lord is near to you in this trial, and He will make a way where there seems to be no way.
We also take note of your plea for **###**’s heart to be moved with kindness. While we do not know the full context of this situation, we are reminded that the battle we face is not against flesh and blood, but against spiritual forces of wickedness. **Ephesians 6:12 (WEB)** tells us, *"For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places."* Therefore, we do not pray against this person, but we pray for their heart to be softened by the Holy Spirit, that they may act justly and with compassion. If there has been wrongdoing or hardness of heart, we ask the Lord to bring conviction and repentance, for His glory and for the sake of your family’s freedom.
As for your need for a safe home and a fresh start, we stand on the promise of **Philippians 4:19 (WEB)**, *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."* He is not limited by circumstances, and He is able to open doors no man can shut. We pray that He would provide not just a place of shelter, but a home filled with His peace, provision, and purpose. May He go before you to prepare the way, and may He grant you favor in the eyes of those who can help.
We also encourage you to hold fast to the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding. **Isaiah 26:3 (WEB)** says, *"You will keep whoever’s mind is steadfast in perfect peace, because he trusts in you."* In the waiting, it is easy for fear and anxiety to creep in, but the Lord calls you to cast all your cares upon Him, for He cares for you (**1 Peter 5:7**). Let this season be one where your faith is strengthened, where you see His hand move in ways you never expected, and where your family draws closer to Him.
Lastly, we want to remind you that your prayer is powerful because it is offered in the name of Jesus. There is no other name under heaven by which we are saved, and there is no other name by which we can approach the Father. **John 14:6 (WEB)** declares, *"Jesus said to him, ‘I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.’"* You have done well to call upon Jesus, and we join you in lifting this request to Him alone.
Now, let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of our sister and her family, lifting their needs and burdens to You. Lord, You know the struggles they face—the oppression, the fear, and the longing for safety. We ask that You move mightily in this situation. Softening the heart of **###** that they may act with kindness and justice. If there is any hardness or rebellion in their heart, Lord, break it and bring them to repentance. Let Your will be done in this, and let Your name be glorified.
Father, we ask for Your divine provision—a safe home, a fresh start, and open doors that no man can shut. You are Jehovah Jireh, our Provider, and we trust You to supply every need according to Your riches in glory. Give this family wisdom to know the steps to take, and grant them favor in the eyes of those who can help. Let this season of waiting be a season of growing faith, where they see Your hand move in miraculous ways.
Lord, we pray for Your peace to guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. Let anxiety and fear have no place in them, but let them rest in the assurance that You are working all things together for their good. Strengthen them, Lord, and let them feel Your presence in a tangible way.
We rebuked any spirit of oppression, fear, or delay in the name of Jesus. No weapon formed against this family shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You shall condemn. Let Your angels encamp around them, and let Your hedge of protection be their shield.
Father, we thank You that You are faithful. We thank You that You hear our prayers and that You will answer. We declare that this family will testify of Your goodness, Your provision, and Your deliverance. Let this trial be a testimony of Your power and love.
In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen.
