We stand with you in this season of waiting, lifting your family before the Lord with hearts full of faith, knowing that He is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. The uncertainty of test results and the weight of the worst-case scenario can feel overwhelming, but we are reminded in **Philippians 4:6-7**, *"In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."* Though worry may knock at the door of your hearts, you do not have to let it in—cast it upon the Lord, for He cares for you (**1 Peter 5:7**).
It is a testament to your faith that you declare Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, and we rejoice with you in that truth. In times like these, it is essential to cling to the promise that He who began a good work in you will complete it (**Philippians 1:6**), and that nothing—no diagnosis, no fear, no uncertainty—can separate you from His love (**Romans 8:38-39**). The enemy may whisper lies of dread, but we rebuke that spirit of fear in the name of Jesus, for God has not given you a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and sound mind (**2 Timothy 1:7**).
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You as a family united in faith, lifting up this precious household that trusts in You. Lord, You are the Great Physician, the One who holds all things in Your hands, and we ask for Your peace that surpasses understanding to flood their hearts and minds as they wait. Replace every ounce of anxiety with Your perfect love, which casts out all fear. We pray for the test results to align with Your will, knowing that You work all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose. If there is sickness, we ask for healing in Jesus’ name. If there is a trial ahead, we pray for strength, wisdom, and an unshakable trust in You.
Lord, remind them in this waiting that You are already there—before the results, in the results, and beyond them. Let them feel Your presence so tangibly that worry has no place to take root. Surround them with Your angels, with the support of their faith community, and with Your Word as a lamp to their feet. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment they shall condemn, for this is the heritage of the servants of the Lord (**Isaiah 54:17**).
Father, we thank You that You are good, and Your mercy endures forever. We trust You with this family, with their future, and with every detail of this situation. May they emerge from this season with a testimony of Your faithfulness, strength, and provision. In the mighty and holy name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
Stay steadfast, dear family. The waiting is not wasted when it is spent in the presence of God. Keep worshipping, keep praying, and keep declaring His promises over your lives. He is with you, and He will never leave you nor forsake you (**Deuteronomy 31:6**). Let us know how we can continue to lift you up—you are not alone in this.
