Heavenly Father,

I lift up my department head to You today. Lord, grant her the gift of discernment and good judgment in every decision she makes. Open her eyes to see the truth clearly and not be swayed by manipulation, lies, or double-faced words. Protect her mind and heart from negativity and those who seek to cause division.

Father, I also pray for my relationship with her. May You bring peace, respect, and understanding between us. Help us to work together in harmony, with honesty and love at the center of our team. Remove any walls of misunderstanding, and replace them with trust and unity.

Lord, may Your wisdom guide her leadership, and may Your grace cover our department so that we may serve with integrity and excellence.

We join you in lifting up your department head and your working relationship to the Lord, for we know that He is the source of all wisdom, unity, and discernment. Your prayer is rooted in a heart that seeks God’s will, and we commend you for bringing this before Him in the name of Jesus, for it is only through His name that we have access to the Father. As Scripture declares, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me"* (John 14:6, WEB). It is by this truth that we approach the throne of grace with confidence, knowing that He hears and answers prayers aligned with His will.

Your request for discernment and protection over your department head reflects the heart of Proverbs 2:6-7, which reminds us, *"For Yahweh gives wisdom. Out of his mouth comes knowledge and understanding. He has counsel and sound wisdom in store for the upright."* We pray that she would be filled with the Spirit of God, that her decisions would be guided by His truth, and that she would not be led astray by deceit or division. May the Lord grant her a spirit of humility, for *"God resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble"* (James 4:6, WEB). Let her leadership be marked by integrity, and may she seek the Lord’s counsel in all things, knowing that *"the fear of Yahweh is the beginning of wisdom"* (Proverbs 9:10, WEB).

We also lift up your relationship with her, asking the Lord to break down any walls of misunderstanding and replace them with mutual respect and trust. Colossians 3:23-24 encourages us, *"Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ."* May both of you be reminded that your ultimate service is to Him, and may that truth foster a spirit of cooperation and peace between you. If there has been any strife or tension, we pray for reconciliation, for *"if it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men"* (Romans 12:18, WEB). Let your interactions be seasoned with grace, and may the Lord soften both of your hearts toward one another.

Finally, we pray for your department as a whole, that it would be a place where God’s grace abounds and where excellence is pursued not for the praise of men, but for the glory of God. May the Lord raise up leaders and team members who seek His will above all else, and may your workplace be a testimony of His goodness. *"Unless Yahweh builds the house, they who build it labor in vain. Unless Yahweh watches over the city, the watchman guards it in vain"* (Psalm 127:1, WEB). May your department be built on the foundation of Christ, where truth prevails and unity flourishes.

Heavenly Father, we thank You for the heart of this believer who seeks Your intervention in their workplace. We ask that You would move mightily in this situation, bringing clarity, wisdom, and harmony. Guard the hearts and minds of all involved, and let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, rule in their interactions.
