Thank you for sharing this request. It is a good and right thing to bring your daily work before the Lord, and I have prayed for you.
Scripture places a high value on diligent, honest work. One of the themes in Proverbs is that a person who is willing to work faithfully, without looking for excuses or shortcuts, honors God. Laziness and carelessness waste what God has given, while steady diligence tends toward life and blessing. You do not need to be the most talented person in the workplace to please Him. What He asks is that you do your best with what is in your hand and then commit that work to Him. When you commit your work to the Lord, you can trust Him to work in you, both to give you the desire and the strength to do what is right, and to direct your steps even when you cannot see how He is working. Much of His work in our lives feels very natural and quiet, yet it is still His supernatural care.
I prayed that God would help you to do well, not for show or to bring honor to yourself, but as an offering to Him. Honor the Lord with what you have and with the first and best of your increase, and trust His promise to provide and to establish the work of your hands. Prepare your tasks carefully, be faithful in the small things, and leave the outcome in His hands without fretting.
You also asked for safety, and that is a wise prayer. The Proverbs say the horse is prepared for the day of battle, but safety is of the Lord, and the psalm says unless the Lord guards the city, the watchman stays awake in vain. It is right to be careful and to take sensible precautions at work, but your ultimate safety rests in the Lord Himself. I prayed that He would keep you, watch over you, and give you peace as you trust Him rather than trusting only in your own means of protection.
For your relationships with coworkers and customers, Scripture gives very practical wisdom. The heart of the righteous studies how to answer, instead of giving a quick, thoughtless reply. Taking a moment to think before you speak, to listen fully before you answer, and to respond with grace is a way to show the character of Christ. I prayed that God would help you to be positive, patient, and kind, that your words would be thoughtful and your attitude steady, even under pressure.
May the Lord strengthen you for the work He has given you, keep you safe in His care, and make you a blessing to those you work with and serve.
Father, I lift up this dear one to You. Bless the work of their hands and help them to labor faithfully and honestly before You. Guard them and keep them safe, for our safety is truly in You. Work in their heart to will and to do what pleases You, and give them grace to speak and act with kindness and wisdom toward coworkers and customers. Let Your name be honored in their workplace, and provide for every need according to Your goodness. In Jesus name, amen.
