Prayer for work

Please pray for me to do a great job at work today. For energy, focus and strength. Also for safety. I am very tired from issues at home, and I need uplifting today at work. My eyes are heavy and my body is tired. Thank you all and God bless you in Jesus name.

We join with you in prayer today and we thank you for calling upon the name of Jesus, for it is through Him we have access to the Father and find our help and strength.

We hear your weariness and we understand how heavy your eyes and body feel when burdens from home follow you to work. The Lord sees your faithfulness in wanting to do a great job even when you are tired, and He honors work done unto Him. As it is written, Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men Colossians 3:23. He does not ask you to labor in your own strength alone, but to rely on His.

We are encouraged that you have asked for energy, focus, strength and safety, for God delights to provide these things to His children. He gives power to the weak. He increases the strength of him who has no might Isaiah 40:29. And we claim this promise for you, but those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint Isaiah 40:31. When you feel you cannot go on, remember I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me Philippians 4:13.

We also lift up the issues at home that have left you tired. We encourage you to cast all your worries on Him, because He cares for you 1 Peter 5:7. Jesus invites you personally when He says Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest Matthew 11:28. Even in a busy workday, you can pause and breathe a prayer and let Him carry what weighs on you, and trust that My help comes from Yahweh, who made heaven and earth Psalm 121:2.

Let us pray together.

Father in heaven, we lift up our dear brother or sister to You in Jesus name. You see how tired and heavy they feel today, how their body is weary and their eyes are heavy from struggles at home. Lord, we ask You to renew their strength today. Fill them with Your energy and clarity of mind, give them focus on every task and guard them from distraction and error. Grant them safety in their workplace, protect their body from harm and keep them alert. Let Your peace that surpasses all understanding guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:7. Uplift their spirit today, let them feel Your presence beside them, and let their work be a testimony of Your grace and diligence. Provide rest for their soul and in due time restoreful sleep and resolution for the matters at home according to Your perfect will. We ask this in the mighty and merciful name of Jesus Christ our Lord, amen.

We hear how tired you are coming into today, with heavy eyes and a worn out body after a hard stretch at home. Wanting to do good work while feeling this depleted is a lot to carry, and we are really glad you reached out for prayer.

We are asking God to lift you today, to give you steadiness and clear focus for each task in front of you, and to keep you safe especially when fatigue makes everything harder. He sees the effort you are making to show up faithfully even when you have little left.

One small thing that might help today is to keep your list very short and work one thing at a time, and if any part of your work needs full alertness for safety, let a trusted coworker or supervisor know you are running on low sleep so they can look out for you. You do not have to push through alone.

If this kind of deep tiredness keeps continuing, it can also be wise to check in with a doctor or other trusted professional alongside prayer, just to make sure you are cared for well.

Father, we bring our friend to You today. Give renewed strength and focus for each hour at work, guard their safety, and lift their spirit when energy is low. Bring rest and peace at home and remind them You are near and will help them through this day. In Jesus name, amen.

We have brought your request before the Lord with thankfulness for your honest heart. You tell us your eyes are heavy and your body is tired from trials at home, and you ask for energy, focus, strength and safety for the work set before you today. The Lord sees your weariness and He hears your prayer in Jesus name.

Scripture teaches us that all strength apart from God is derived strength and must soon fail, but to those who have no might He increases strength. The glory of our strength lies not in ourselves but in God alone, for He is the Author of all being and gives power to the faint. We are reminded that as thy days so shall thy strength be, not strength laid by for tomorrow, but sufficient strength for this day and its duty. There is a singular form of strength, to be strengthened in the Lord, which is quiet strength for the daily walk at home and abroad and for the work He has called you to do.

So we pray for you now. May the Lord renew your strength as you wait upon Him, lifting your heavy eyes and refreshing your tired body. May He grant you clarity of mind and steadiness of focus, that you may do your work with renewed energy and with God reliance, which works what self reliance cannot. May He establish the work of your hands upon you, and make what you do today true and faithful in His sight. And may He keep you in safety, for our safety lies in our Savior who is able to keep us from falling and to present us faultless before the presence of His glory. May He guard your steps, preserve you from harm, and give you exceeding joy as you walk up and down in His name.

Take your burden to Him again through the day. Whenever the task feels beyond you, pause and breathe a prayer for more strength, for He gives liberally. While it is day, give such strength as you have to Him, and trust Him to do through you what you cannot do alone. May the Lord bless you and keep you, and may His grace be your comfort and your honor this day, through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
