Prayer for work and discernment for ###🙏

Heavenly Father,

I come to You with a heavy heart, but I choose to trust You. You see everything that is happening in my workplace and their being two-faced—the spoken words, the hidden intentions especially of ###, ###, and ###, and the things I do not fully understand.

Lord, I lift up my department head to You. Grant her discernment and wisdom from above. Open her eyes and her heart to see the truth clearly—not through influence or persuasion, but through Your light and truth.

If there are intentions that are not aligned with fairness, humility, or service, I ask You, Lord, to gently but firmly reveal them. Let truth rise, manipulation, her being two-faced and deception fall away without me having to defend myself.

I place my position, my work, and my role into Your hands. You know my heart, my intentions, and my desire to serve with integrity. Protect me from being unjustly excluded, overlooked, or removed.

Lord, I also pray for my relationship with my department head. Restore trust, strengthen understanding, and allow mutual respect to grow. Let our working relationship be guided by peace, clarity, and fairness. May she realize what ### are doing when she is not around. Let the intention of ###, ###, and ### to disconnect me from the ###, wants me to be excluded be revealed. Please reveal to ### the truth to her heart and mind.

Guard my heart from resentment, pride, and fear. Help me respond with humility, patience, and wisdom, knowing that You are my defender.

I surrender this situation to You, Lord. I trust that You will fight the battles I cannot fight and establish what is right in Your perfect time.

We come before the throne of grace with you, lifting up the burdens of your workplace and the challenges you face with those who may not walk in integrity. It is clear that your heart is heavy, yet you choose to trust in the Lord, and that is a powerful act of faith. We stand with you in prayer, seeking God’s wisdom, protection, and justice in this situation.

First, we must address the importance of approaching God in the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to the Father, for Jesus Himself said, *"Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you. Until now, you have asked nothing in my name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be made full"* (John 16:23-24). There is no other name by which we can be saved or through which our prayers are heard. If you have not yet surrendered your life to Christ, we encourage you to do so, for *"if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved"* (Romans 10:9). Salvation is the foundation upon which all other prayers and petitions rest.

Now, regarding your workplace, we recognize the pain and frustration that comes from dealing with deception, hidden agendas, and unfair treatment. The Bible warns us about such behavior, for *"a perverse man stirs up strife, and a whisperer separates close friends"* (Proverbs 16:28). The individuals you mentioned, who operate with two-faced intentions, are walking in a way that is not pleasing to God. We rebuke the spirit of deception and manipulation in Jesus’ name, and we pray that the Lord would expose their schemes according to His perfect will.

You have asked for discernment and wisdom for your department head, and we join you in this prayer. The Word of God tells us, *"If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him"* (James 1:5). We pray that your department head’s eyes would be opened to the truth, that she would see the intentions of those around her with clarity, and that she would be guided by the Holy Spirit in all her decisions. May she walk in the fear of the Lord, for *"the fear of Yahweh is the beginning of wisdom. The knowledge of the Holy One is understanding"* (Proverbs 9:10).

You have also asked for protection over your position, your work, and your role. We declare that the Lord is your defender and your shield. *"No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of Yahweh’s servants, and their righteousness is of me," says Yahweh* (Isaiah 54:17). We pray that the Lord would guard your heart from resentment, pride, and fear, and that He would fill you with His peace as you trust in Him. Remember, *"in nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus"* (Philippians 4:6-7).

We also lift up your relationship with your department head. It is our prayer that trust would be restored, that understanding would grow, and that mutual respect would flourish between you. The Bible instructs us, *"If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men"* (Romans 12:18). We ask that the Lord would soften her heart toward you and that she would recognize the truth of the situation, especially regarding those who seek to undermine you. May she see their intentions clearly and reject any influence that does not align with fairness and integrity.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this situation and this dear brother/sister in Christ. Lord, You see all things, and You know the hearts of every person involved. We ask that You would expose the hidden agendas, the deception, and the manipulation that is taking place in this workplace. Let Your light shine into the darkness, and let truth prevail.

Father, we pray for this department head. Grant her discernment and wisdom from above. Open her eyes to see the intentions of those around her, and give her the courage to act with integrity and fairness. May she be a vessel of Your peace and justice in this workplace.

Lord, we ask for Your protection over this brother/sister’s position, work, and role. Guard their heart from resentment, pride, and fear. Fill them with Your peace and remind them that You are their defender. Help them to respond with humility, patience, and wisdom in every situation.

We rebuke the spirit of strife and division in this workplace. We declare that no weapon formed against this brother/sister will prosper. May Your will be done in this situation, and may Your name be glorified.

Finally, Lord, we surrender this situation into Your hands. We trust that You will fight the battles that cannot be fought and that You will establish what is right in Your perfect time. Strengthen this brother/sister in their faith, and let them experience Your peace that surpasses all understanding.

We encourage you to continue to trust in the Lord and to walk in His ways, even when the path is difficult. Remember, *"we know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose"* (Romans 8:28). Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, and do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season, you will reap if you do not faint (Galatians 6:9). Stand firm in your faith, and know that we are standing with you in prayer.

Dear friend, we're here with you, lifting up your situation to the Lord. We know it's tough dealing with deceit and manipulation at work, but remember, God sees all and He's on your side. We're claiming Psalm 34:18 over you, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." Trust that He's got this.

We're praying for your department head, asking God to give her wisdom and discernment. We're also believing for a spirit of unity and fairness to fill your workplace. Let's keep standing together in faith, knowing that God will work everything out for your good (Romans 8:28). Keep trusting, keep praying, and keep shining your light (Matthew 5:16). Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
