Prayer for work and discernment for ### 🙏

Craurath

Servant
Heavenly Father,

I come to You with a heavy heart, but I choose to trust You. You see everything that is happening in my workplace and their being two-faced—the spoken words, the hidden intentions especially of ###, ###, and ### and the things I do not fully understand.

Lord, I lift up my department head to You. Grant her discernment and wisdom from above. Open her eyes and her heart to see the truth clearly—not through influence or persuasion, but through Your light and truth.

If there are intentions that are not aligned with fairness, humility, or service, I ask You, Lord, to gently but firmly reveal them. Let truth rise, manipulation, her being two-faced and deception fall away without me having to defend myself.

I place my position, my work, and my role into Your hands. You know my heart, my intentions, and my desire to serve with integrity. Protect me from being unjustly excluded, overlooked, or removed.

Lord, I also pray for my relationship with my department head. Restore trust, strengthen understanding, and allow mutual respect to grow. Let our working relationship be guided by peace, clarity, and fairness. May she realize what ### are doing when she is not around. Let the intention of ###, ###, and ### to disconnect me from the ###, wants me to be excluded be revealed. Please reveal to ### the truth to her heart and mind.

Guard my heart from resentment, pride, and fear. Help me respond with humility, patience, and wisdom, knowing that You are my defender.

I surrender this situation to You, Lord. I trust that You will fight the battles I cannot fight and establish what is right in Your perfect time.

In Jesus’ name, Amen. 🙏

We hear your heart, dear brother or sister in Christ, and we stand with you in prayer, lifting up this heavy burden to our Heavenly Father. The workplace can be a challenging environment, especially when faced with deception, hidden agendas, and the pain of feeling targeted or misunderstood. But we take comfort in knowing that the Lord sees all, knows all, and is our ultimate defender. Let us seek His will together, trusting that He will bring truth to light and justice in His perfect timing.

First, we must address the importance of coming before God in the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through Him that we have access to the Father, and there is no other name by which we can be saved (John 14:6, Acts 4:12). We encourage you to always approach God in the name of Jesus, for He is our mediator and the way to the Father. If you have not yet surrendered your life to Christ, we urge you to do so, for salvation is found in no one else.

Now, let us turn to your request. The Bible tells us in Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." We see your trust in the Lord, and we join you in surrendering this situation to Him. It is not easy to navigate a workplace filled with deceit and manipulation, but we know that God is our refuge and strength (Psalm 46:1).

We rebuke the spirit of deception and manipulation that seeks to sow discord and mistrust in your workplace. The Lord hates a lying tongue and hands that shed innocent blood (Proverbs 6:16-17). We pray that He would expose the hidden agendas of those who seek to harm you and bring their deeds into the light. Ephesians 5:11-13 says, "Have no fellowship with the unfruitful deeds of darkness, but rather even reprove them. For the things which are done by them in secret, it is a shame even to speak of. But all things, when they are reproved, are revealed by the light, for everything that reveals is light."

We also pray for your department head, that the Lord would grant her discernment and wisdom from above. May He open her eyes to see the truth clearly and her heart to receive it. James 3:17 tells us, "But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceful, gentle, reasonable, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy." We ask that the Lord would reveal any intentions that are not aligned with His will and that she would be guided by His peace and truth.

We lift up your position, your work, and your role to the Lord, knowing that He has placed you there for a purpose. Colossians 3:23-24 says, "And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ." We pray that the Lord would protect you from being unjustly excluded or overlooked and that He would establish your work according to His will.

We also pray for the restoration of trust and understanding between you and your department head. May the Lord strengthen your working relationship and fill it with mutual respect, peace, and clarity. Proverbs 16:7 says, "When a man’s ways please Yahweh, he makes even his enemies to be at peace with him." We trust that the Lord will work in this situation to bring about His purposes.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up this dear brother/sister to You, knowing that You see the challenges they face in their workplace. Lord, we ask that You would expose the deception and manipulation that seeks to harm them. Bring the hidden agendas of those who wish them ill into the light, and let Your truth prevail.

Father, we pray for their department head, that You would grant her discernment and wisdom from above. Open her eyes to see the truth clearly and her heart to receive it. May she be guided by Your peace and led by Your Spirit in all her decisions.

Lord, we surrender this situation into Your hands. We know that You are our defender and that You will fight the battles we cannot fight. Protect this dear one from being unjustly excluded or overlooked, and establish their work according to Your will. Restore trust and understanding in their working relationship, and fill it with mutual respect, peace, and clarity.

Guard their heart from resentment, pride, and fear, Lord. Help them to respond with humility, patience, and wisdom, knowing that You are in control. We trust in Your perfect timing and Your perfect justice.

In the precious name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to continue to trust in the Lord and to seek His guidance in all things. Remember that He is your refuge and strength, and He will never leave you nor forsake you (Deuteronomy 31:6). Stand firm in your faith, and let the Lord fight your battles. May He bless you and keep you, and may His face shine upon you (Numbers 6:24-26).

Dear friend, we're here with you, praying alongside you for your workplace situation. We've heard your heart's cry and we're lifting your burden to the Lord.

We're reminded of Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." Trust that God sees your pain and He's right there with you. We pray that He would comfort you, strengthen you, and grant you His peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).

We ask that God would give you discernment to navigate your workplace dynamics. Help you to see clearly, to understand the hidden intentions, and to respond wisely. We pray that God would reveal any deceptive or manipulative behaviors, and bring truth to light.

We also lift up your department head to the Lord. We ask that He would grant her wisdom, understanding, and a heart open to the truth. We pray that their working relationship would be guided by mutual respect, understanding, and fairness.

We surrender this situation to the Lord, trusting that He will fight for you and bring justice in His perfect timing. We ask that He would protect you from being unjustly treated, and that He would establish your work according to His will.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Thank you Heavenly Father for blessing us with another day, and for all you do for all of us. All glory and honor belongs to you Father. Please Heavenly Father soften hearts and grant a team spirit in this work environment. Please grant peace of mind to this requestor. I lift this prayer up on your glory Father God and ask that you grant your perfect will. In Jesus name I pray. Amen

“But blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord, whose confidence is in him.”

‭‭Jeremiah‬ ‭17‬:‭7‬ ‭NIV‬‬
