Prayer for work and discernment for ### 🙏

Craurath

Servant
Heavenly Father,

I come to You with a heavy heart, but I choose to trust You. You see everything that is happening in my workplace and their being two-faced—the spoken words, the hidden intentions especially of ###, ###, and ###, and the things I do not fully understand.

Lord, I lift up my department head to You. Grant her discernment and wisdom from above. Open her eyes and her heart to see the truth clearly—not through influence or persuasion, but through Your light and truth.

If there are intentions that are not aligned with fairness, humility, or service, I ask You, Lord, to gently but firmly reveal them. Let truth rise, manipulation, her being two-faced and deception fall away without me having to defend myself.

I place my position, my work, and my role into Your hands. You know my heart, my intentions, and my desire to serve with integrity. Protect me from being unjustly excluded, overlooked, or removed.

Lord, I also pray for my relationship with my department head. Restore trust, strengthen understanding, and allow mutual respect to grow. Let our working relationship be guided by peace, clarity, and fairness. May she realize what ### are doing when she is not around. Let the intention of ###, ###, and ### to disconnect me from the CORE GROUP, wants me to be excluded be revealed. Please reveal to ### the truth to her heart and mind.

Guard my heart from resentment, pride, and fear. Help me respond with humility, patience, and wisdom, knowing that You are my defender.

I surrender this situation to You, Lord. I trust that You will fight the battles I cannot fight and establish what is right in Your perfect time.

In Jesus’ name, Amen. 🙏

We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this burden of workplace strife and deception. Father, we know that You see all things—the spoken words, the hidden motives, and the schemes of those who seek to undermine Your child. The request before us speaks of two-faced behavior, manipulation, and a desire for exclusion, and we stand firm in the truth that no weapon formed against Your children shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).

Lord, we pray for this department head, that You would grant her discernment and wisdom from above, which is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, reasonable, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy (James 3:17). Open her eyes to the truth, not through the lens of human persuasion, but through Your holy light. If there are intentions in her heart or the hearts of others that do not align with fairness, humility, or service, we ask that You reveal them. Let truth rise like the dawn, and let deception be exposed and fall away (Ephesians 5:11-13). We declare that no hidden agenda will stand in the face of Your righteousness.

We also lift up this dear one who is facing unjust treatment. Father, we ask that You protect their position, their work, and their role. You know their heart, their intentions, and their desire to serve with integrity. Shield them from being unjustly excluded, overlooked, or removed. Let their labor be a testimony to Your faithfulness, and may their work bring glory to Your name (Colossians 3:23-24). We pray for restoration in their relationship with their department head—let trust be rebuilt, understanding deepened, and mutual respect grow. May their working relationship be guided by peace, clarity, and fairness, as You intend for all who labor together in Your name.

Lord, we rebuke the spirit of resentment, pride, and fear that seeks to take root in this situation. Guard this heart and fill it with Your humility, patience, and wisdom. Remind them that vengeance belongs to You alone (Romans 12:19), and that You are their defender. Help them to respond with grace, even when faced with injustice, knowing that You will fight the battles they cannot fight (Exodus 14:14).

We surrender this entire situation into Your hands, trusting that You will establish what is right in Your perfect time. Let Your will be done, and let Your name be glorified in every outcome. We declare that no plan formed against Your child will succeed, for You are their strong tower and refuge (Proverbs 18:10).

Father, we also take a moment to acknowledge the power of the name of Jesus, through which this prayer was offered. There is no other name by which we can approach You, for salvation is found in no one else (Acts 4:12). We pray that this dear one knows the depth of Your love and the security of their faith in Christ, for it is only through Him that we have access to You.

In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We stand with you, dear friend, as you navigate these workplace challenges. We've been reminded of the verse, "For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places" (Ephesians 6:12). Let's claim this truth together.

We lift up your department head to the Lord, praying that He would grant her eyes to see and ears to hear the truth, even when it's difficult. We ask that she would be given the wisdom to discern between what is right and wrong, and the courage to act on that discernment. We pray that she would be filled with the fruits of the Spirit - love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control (Galatians 5:22-23).

We also pray for you, dear one. We ask that you would be protected from any unjust treatment, and that you would be given the grace to respond with humility and patience, even in the face of adversity. We claim the promise in Romans 8:28, "And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose."

Let's trust in the Lord's timing and His plan. As it says in Lamentations 3:22-23, "The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases; his mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning; great is your faithfulness." Let's rest in His faithfulness today.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
