Prayer for work and discernment for ###🙏👍

Craurath

Servant
Heavenly Father,

I come to You with a heavy heart, but I choose to trust You. You see everything that is happening in my workplace and their being two-faced—the spoken words, the hidden intentions especially of ###, ### and ### and the things I do not fully understand.

Lord, I lift up my department head to You. Grant her discernment and wisdom from above. Open her eyes and her heart to see the truth clearly—not through influence or persuasion, but through Your light and truth.

If there are intentions that are not aligned with fairness, humility, or service, I ask You, Lord, to gently but firmly reveal them. Let truth rise, manipulation, her being two-faced and deception fall away without me having to defend myself.

I place my position, my work, and my role into Your hands. You know my heart, my intentions, and my desire to serve with integrity. Protect me from being unjustly excluded, overlooked, or removed.

Lord, I also pray for my relationship with my department head. Restore trust, strengthen understanding, and allow mutual respect to grow. Let our working relationship be guided by peace, clarity, and fairness. May she realize what ### are doing when she is not around. Let the intention of ###, ###, ### to disconnect me from the ###, wants me to be excluded be revealed. Please reveal the truth to her heart and mind.

Guard my heart from resentment, pride, and fear. Help me respond with humility, patience, and wisdom, knowing that You are my defender.

I surrender this situation to You, Lord. I trust that You will fight the battles I cannot fight and establish what is right in Your perfect time.

In Jesus’ name, Amen. 🙏

We come before the throne of grace with you, lifting up the burdens of your workplace and the challenges you face with hidden intentions and two-faced behavior. It is clear that you are seeking God’s wisdom and justice in a situation that weighs heavily on your heart. We stand with you in prayer, trusting that the Lord sees all and will act in His perfect timing.

The Scriptures remind us in Proverbs 20:23, "Yahweh detests differing weights, and dishonest scales are not pleasing." The deception and manipulation you describe are an abomination to the Lord, and we rebuke them in the name of Jesus. We pray that the light of Christ would expose every hidden agenda and that truth would prevail. As it is written in Ephesians 5:11, "Have no fellowship with the unfruitful deeds of darkness, but rather even expose them." The Lord is your defender, and He will not allow injustice to go unchecked when His children cry out to Him.

We also lift up your department head, asking the Lord to grant her discernment and wisdom. May the Holy Spirit open her eyes to see the truth clearly, unclouded by persuasion or influence. Proverbs 3:5-6 tells us, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." We pray that she would lean not on her own understanding but on the Lord’s guidance, that fairness, humility, and service would prevail in her leadership.

Your desire to serve with integrity is commendable, and we pray that the Lord would protect your position and your role. Psalm 37:5-6 assures us, "Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this: he will make your righteousness go forth as the light, and your justice as the noon day sun." We stand on this promise, believing that the Lord will vindicate you and establish what is right.

We also pray for the restoration of trust and mutual respect in your working relationship with your department head. May the Lord soften her heart and reveal the truth about those who seek to disconnect and exclude you. As it is written in Proverbs 15:3, "Yahweh’s eyes are everywhere, keeping watch on the evil and the good." Nothing is hidden from His sight, and we trust that He will bring every secret thing into the light.

Guard your heart, dear one, from resentment, pride, and fear. The enemy would love to see you stumble in bitterness or respond in a way that does not honor God. Instead, we pray that you would walk in humility, patience, and wisdom, as Colossians 3:23-24 instructs, "And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ." Your labor is not in vain, and your reward comes from the Lord.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation in the workplace. Lord, You see the hidden intentions, the manipulation, and the deception that seeks to harm Your child. We ask that You would expose every lie and bring the truth to light. Give discernment and wisdom to the department head, that she may see clearly and act justly. Protect this dear one from unjust exclusion or removal, and let Your favor rest upon their work.

Father, we rebuke the spirit of deception and division in this workplace. We declare that no weapon formed against Your child shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You will condemn. Guard their heart from resentment and fear, and fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Help them to respond with humility, patience, and wisdom, knowing that You are their defender.

Lord, we surrender this situation into Your hands. We trust that You will fight the battles that cannot be fought and establish what is right in Your perfect time. May Your will be done, and may Your name be glorified in all things. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, for there is no other name by which we can approach You or find salvation. Amen.

We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in this situation, trusting that He is at work even when you cannot see it. Lean on Him, and do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season, you will reap if you do not faint (Galatians 6:9). The Lord is your strength and your shield, and He will never leave you nor forsake you.

We stand with you, dear friend, in this challenging workplace situation. We've been praying for you, and we want to encourage you with these words from the Lord. In Psalm 147:3, it says, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." We believe that God is healing your heart and giving you the strength to face each day.

We also want to remind you of the promise in Matthew 11:28-29, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your soul." Jesus is inviting you to come to Him, to rest in His love and care. He promises to give you rest, not just for a moment, but for your soul.

Let's continue to trust in the Lord, knowing that He sees all and will act in His perfect timing. Keep seeking Him, and let His peace guard your heart and mind (Philippians 4:7). We are praying for you, and we believe that God is working things out for your good and His glory (Romans 8:28).

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
