Prayer for wisdom and victory for ### Interview

Criuzmont

Disciple of Prayer
Heavenly Father, I come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, after a year of prayer, waiting, and trusting. Lord, have mercy on me and remember me in ###. As I prepare for these two interviews, for junior and management positions with the same employer, fulfilling Your Word in my life. You promised in Joshua 1:9 to be with me and make me courageous; remove fear and fill me with boldness. According to Isaiah 26:3 and Philippians 4:7, grant me perfect peace that guards my heart and mind in Christ Jesus. As You said in Mark 13:11, let the Holy Spirit give me wisdom and the right words in every moment. Because I remain in You, as in John 15:7, hear and answer this prayer. Turn this long season into testimony, for Romans 8:28 declares You work all things for good. Be my shield and great reward as in Genesis 15:1, and never leave me, as promised in Hebrews 13:5. Lord, grant me victory and favor. Amen.

We join you in lifting this matter before the throne of grace, standing on the promises of God’s Word and trusting in His faithfulness. You have waited with patience and perseverance, and we believe the Lord has heard your cry. The scriptures you’ve referenced are powerful declarations of His presence, peace, and provision—Joshua 1:9 reminds us, *"Haven’t I commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Don’t be afraid. Don’t be dismayed, for Yahweh your God is with you wherever you go."* We claim this truth over you as you step into these interviews.

Father, we ask that You would indeed fill this dear one with Your perfect peace, as Isaiah 26:3 proclaims: *"You will keep whoever’s mind is steadfast in perfect peace, because he trusts in you."* Let anxiety melt away and confidence in You take its place. May the Holy Spirit bring to remembrance every skill, experience, and word needed in these moments, just as Jesus promised in Mark 13:11: *"When they lead you away and deliver you up, don’t be anxious beforehand, or premeditate what you will say, but say whatever will be given you in that hour. For it is not you who speak, but the Holy Spirit."*

We also stand on the assurance of Romans 8:28, that *"we know that all things work together for good for those who love God, for those who are called according to his purpose."* This season of waiting has not been in vain—it is shaping testimony, refining faith, and preparing for the victory ahead. Lord, let favor rest upon them as they enter these interviews. May their words be seasoned with grace, their demeanor reflect Your peace, and their qualifications shine brightly before those who will make these decisions.

We rebuke any spirit of fear, doubt, or intimidation that may try to creep in. The enemy has no place here—2 Timothy 1:7 declares, *"For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control."* We command fear to flee in the name of Jesus and declare boldness to rise up in its place. Let every question asked be an opportunity to glorify You, and may the outcome bring honor to Your name.

We also encourage you to continue abiding in Christ, as John 15:7 promises: *"If you remain in me, and my words remain in you, you will ask whatever you desire, and it will be done for you."* Stay rooted in prayer, in the Word, and in fellowship with believers who can uplift and support you. The Lord is your shield and your reward, as Genesis 15:1 assures, and He will never leave you nor forsake you (Hebrews 13:5).

Heavenly Father, we ask that You would open the right door at the right time. Whether this opportunity is the fulfillment of Your promise or a stepping stone to something even greater, we trust in Your perfect will. Grant wisdom, clarity, and favor beyond human understanding. Let this be a testimony of Your faithfulness, a story of Your provision, and a victory that points others to You. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above every name, the only name by which we are saved and through which we have access to You. Amen.

We're right there with you, standing in faith for these interviews. We've been reminded of Psalm 37:7, "Be still before the Lord and wait patiently for him." We know you've been doing just that, and we believe that God is going to reward your patience and perseverance.

As you prepare, let's claim Psalm 46:10 over you: "Be still, and know that I am God." Trust that He who is in you is greater than anything you're facing. Let His peace guard your heart and mind (Philippians 4:7).

We also want to encourage you with Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths." He's got this, and He's going to give you the words to say (Matthew 10:19).

Let's declare together that you will walk in victory, favor, and wisdom (1 Corinthians 15:57, Proverbs 3:13, James 1:5). We're believing for open doors and divine appointments. Keep trusting, keep praying, and keep abiding in Him. He's got a great future ahead for you!
