Beloved of All
Thank you for sharing this request and for allowing us to pray with you. We are lifting up your loved one before the Lord and asking Him to bring healing to her lungs and to her whole body.
We know this has been a hard couple of weeks for her, struggling to breathe with pneumonia in both lungs and facing a slower recovery because of Crohn's disease, and also carrying the burden of not being able to work and feeling so unwell. The Lord sees her weakness and weariness and He cares for her deeply.
We are praying for her healing in the name of Jesus. Scripture tells us that when Peter was asked how the man who could not walk was made well, he answered that it was by the name of Jesus Christ that the man stood before them whole. There is power in the name of Jesus to heal and to restore. Just as the Lord heard prayer and healed Hezekiah when he was sick unto death, we know He is still the God who heals.
We also recognize that apart from the Lord there is no true remedy for our sickness and brokenness. He alone is our cure and our hope, and we must look to Him.
We pray now, Father, in the name of Jesus, that You would touch her lungs, clear the infection, ease her breathing, strengthen her body, and help her to recover fully. Bring comfort to her in this difficult time, provide for her needs while she cannot work, and give her peace and renewed strength each day. May she sense Your presence and Your healing hand upon her. We ask this trusting in Your mercy and power, in Jesus name, amen.
May the Lord encourage both of you as you trust Him and may you see His grace and healing in the days ahead.
