Prayer for those who need healing in the mind

Dear Heavenly Father,

I pray for those who need healing in their mind cause of past hurts and pain, that You will bring comfort and deliverance to their thought processes

Any way the enemy has caused a disturbance in their thinking I pray Lord You remove the enemy's power over their mind

Bring healing over their emotions that have impacted them to see their worth as less than and also any situations where they are shrinking to fit in cause others couldn't handle them out of pure envy or jealousy and pride

Lord remove mind control from their thinking in Jesus' name

Remove thoughts that keep them stuck in repeated cycles of stagnation and defeat in Jesus' name

Remove fatigue and also any power trying to get them to give up on their blessings before it arrives out of tiredness of waiting in Jesus' name

Remove pride where they think they can do it on their own without strength and guidance of the Holy Spirit

Remove fear, worry and stagnation and anyone projecting on them from envy and covetousness of their blessings and any destruction that came with those things in Jesus' name

Remove curses, hexes, vexes and any incantation from their bloodline in Jesus' name

Remove fear of the future, doubt, unbelief and witchcraft powers influencing their mindset in Jesus' name

Remove anger and bitterness and hurt from past wounds in Jesus' name

Lord remove people that try to project on them from past hurts and cause a divine separation from ungodly influences or connections, and give them a heart to leave and walk away from those people in Jesus' name

Heal emotional hurts that keep them in the wrong thought patterns of stagnancy, frustration and inaction toward goals in Jesus' name

Heal their other wounds in the heart from trauma and toxic behaviour from others in Jesus' name

Lord deliver Your people from shame and bring them honour and victory in whatever they set their hands to do in Jesus' name

We lift up those who are burdened by past hurts and pain, seeking Your divine healing for their minds and emotions. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but You came that we might have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We stand against every disturbance in their thinking, every lie that has taken root, and every spirit of stagnation and defeat that has kept them bound. In the mighty name of Jesus, we rebuke these strongholds and declare freedom over their minds.

Father, we ask that You break every chain of mind control, fear, doubt, and unbelief. Your Word tells us that You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We pray that You would restore a sound mind to those who are struggling, replacing lies with Your truth. Remove every curse, hex, or vex that may have been spoken over their lives or passed down through their bloodline. The blood of Jesus has broken every chain, and we declare that they are free indeed (John 8:36).

We also ask that You heal their emotions and restore their sense of worth. You have fearfully and wonderfully made each one of them (Psalm 139:14), and their value is not determined by the opinions or actions of others. Help them to see themselves through Your eyes, as Your beloved children, created for a purpose. Remove pride that tells them they can do it on their own, and replace it with a humble dependence on You and the guidance of the Holy Spirit.

Lord, we pray for divine separation from ungodly influences and connections. Your Word warns us not to be unequally yoked with unbelievers (2 Corinthians 6:14), and we ask that You give them the strength and wisdom to walk away from toxic relationships. Surround them with godly influences who will speak life and truth into their lives.

Heal the wounds of their hearts, Father. You are close to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). Bring comfort to their souls and replace bitterness and anger with Your peace and forgiveness. We declare that they are not defined by their past hurts, but by Your love and grace.

Remove fatigue and weariness, Lord. Your Word promises that those who wait on You will renew their strength (Isaiah 40:31). Help them to persevere in faith, knowing that their breakthrough is coming. We rebuke every spirit of giving up and declare that they will not miss their blessings due to impatience or weariness.

Father, we pray for victory and honor in every area of their lives. Shame has no place in their lives, for You have clothed them with garments of salvation and covered them with the robe of righteousness (Isaiah 61:10). We declare that they will walk in the fullness of their destiny, fulfilling the plans and purposes You have for them.

We thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness and for the answered prayers we are already seeing. We trust in Your perfect timing and Your unfailing love. Strengthen and encourage them daily, reminding them that they are not alone, for You are with them always.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the powerful name of Jesus, the name above all names, the only name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). It is through Jesus that we have access to You, and it is by His blood that we are healed and set free. We pray all these things in Jesus' mighty name, believing and declaring that Your will be done in their lives. Amen.

We appreciate you bringing so many hurting minds before the Lord with such care. It is a loving thing to stand in the gap for people weighed down by past pain, fatigue from waiting, and thoughts that feel stuck on repeat. We hear how much you want them to know peace and to see themselves as God sees them.

We also know that healing in the mind and emotions is often more like learning to walk than a single moment, steady steps over time as God renews thoughts, heals wounds, and surrounds people with safe support. For those who feel tired or overwhelmed, it can help to have a trusted pastor, counselor or doctor to walk with them alongside prayer, and to have a small community where they can be honest and not carry things alone.

If you are carrying this intercession daily, it helps to keep it sustainable too, bringing names to the Lord regularly and resting in His care rather than feeling you must hold every outcome yourself.

Father, we lift those who feel weary in mind and heart to You. Bring Your comfort and clarity where there has been hurt and confusion, lift shame and give a quiet sense of worth and hope in You. Give wisdom to those supporting them and draw each one closer to Your presence and care. In Jesus' name we pray, amen.

Our Father in Heaven, We ask for grace to take hold of one thing without letting go of the other, Ecclesiastes 7:18, to continue to intercede for her full, authentic repentance to life and full trust in Christ and be regenerated, and youngster be saved and graciously filled with the Holy Spirit, Jer 1:5, Lk 1:15, and protected and directed into the love and character of Jesus Christ, nourished on Your Word, 2 Tim 3:15, brought up in the admonition of Yahweh, Eph 6:1-4, respect godly authority, 1 Tim 5:17... Yet ability to shift some FOCUS on THE NEW and meet pressing needs must needs be at present, Isa 42:9, Isa 43:19, Isa 48:6.

So we ask You open a door for Heaven, Nearness, and doors to express the overflow of the Holy Spirit to Bible Studies, Prayer Meetings and for the lost to hear the Gospel, kindly work while we keep still, Exodus 14:14, and empower us to glorify You, to image God, which were it possible, we would not ask and trust You for it. I ask for grace to set all things in order, Tit 1:5, strengthen and finish each task, Rev 3:2, and meet every pressing need, Tit 3:14.

Help our running to be in a way that we might win, 1 Cor 9:24, forgetting what lies behind and pressing toward the upward call, Phil 3:13-14, laying aside encumbrances and diversions that distract us from the primary task of Your call and commission to abide in Your Word and make disciples by propagating all You've commanded, that we might run the race that is personally set out before each of us, Heb 12:1-2... Thank You for the Your love and leadership, the fellowship of abiding in Christ and guidance of The Holy Spirit, John 10:3-4, Rom 8:14, grace to intercede for and forget the past AND for grace to navigate going forward, James 1:5, new evangelism, encouragement, discipleship, fellowship with The Body and Bride of Christ, and formal study, Ecclesiastes 7:18. We ask for protection from temptation, Luke 11:4, sin, Zeph 3:13, evil, Matt 6:13, evil people, 2 Thes 3:2, and the evil one, John 17:15. Thank You in Jesus' Name...

Your prayer for those wounded in mind and memory is a tender and needful one, and we join our hearts with yours before the throne of grace. The Lord knows how past hurts and long sorrows bruise the flesh and oppress the spirit, and how the thoughts may become a place of weariness, fear and shame. Yet there is hope, for our God is a God of deliverance.

There came a voice from the excellent glory, Deliver him from going down to the pit, I have found a ransom. That ransom is Christ Jesus our Lord, who bore our sins and carried our sorrows. When the soul is brought low, when the enemy would accuse and the heart would shrink within itself, the remedy still is to look out of self and away from self, and to look to Christ. As the word of old cries, Look unto me, and be ye saved, all the ends of the earth, for I am God, and there is none else. It is all you have to do. Look to Him and live.

Scripture teaches that the Father hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son. The fascinating power of sin, the tyranny of fear and unbelief, the bondage of pride and bitterness, these are broken not by our own strength, but by Him alone. We cannot receive pardon through Christ and then seek sanctification and deliverance through the flesh. We must look to our heavenly Father altogether and alone, for He who gave His own dear Son to put away our sin will also give daily bread and daily strength, and will preserve His people from the evil one.

So we pray with you, and for all who carry these wounds:

Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ Thy Son, our only Saviour, have mercy upon those whose minds are troubled and whose hearts are heavy. Thou hast seen every hurt, every wound from trauma and toxic dealing, every tear shed in secret. Chasten us not beyond what we can bear, but in Thy love bring healing to the thoughts and to the emotions. Take away fear and worry, doubt and unbelief, anger and bitterness, and the shame that would make Thy children feel less than what they are in Christ. Hide pride from us, and withdraw us from our own purposes, that we may walk humbly and wholly in dependence upon Thy Holy Spirit.

Lord, break the repeated cycles of stagnation and defeat. Lift the fatigue of long waiting, lest any give up before the blessing comes. Where the adversary has disturbed the thinking, where any power of darkness has sought to hold sway, we plead the blood of the ransom. Thou hast commanded deliverance, and Thy people shall be saved, saved from themselves and from all the attacks of their old sins, saved from the devil. Let that voice be heard anew, Deliver him, and let bands be snapped and captives set free.

Grant discernment to turn from ungodly influences and connections, and courage to walk away where Thou callest to separation. Give instead a new heart and a right spirit, that Thy people may not die but live, and declare the works of the Lord. Let those who have been sorely chastened now know Thy comfort, and let honour and victory follow in whatever their hands find to do, to the praise of Thy grace.

We ask this not because we are worthy, but because Thou hast found a ransom, and because Christ liveth to intercede. Preserve Thy people in purity and uprightness, and keep them in perfect peace whose minds are stayed on Thee. In the wonderful name of Jesus we pray, Amen.
