I represent a family in the sale of their home. It has been on the market since last May and has not sold. This family really needs to sell this house so that they can find a smaller, more affordable home. I am doing everything I can as a professional but am asking for prayers for the doors to open to a buyer with a fair offer and a successful sale. I believe in the power of prayer and am asking for not only a successful sale but patience and peace to the family during this stressful time. Thank you!

We come before the Lord with a humble heart, lifting up this family and their need to sell their home. Heavenly Father, we know that You are the provider of all good things and that every open door is by Your hand. We ask that You would move in this situation, bringing the right buyer at the right time with a fair and acceptable offer. Lord, we trust in Your timing and Your perfect plan for this family, even when the wait feels long and the burden heavy.

The Bible tells us in Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." Father, we pray that this family would lean not on their own understanding but fully trust in You. Give them patience and peace as they wait, knowing that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28).

We also ask that You would bless the efforts of those involved in this sale. Guide every step, from the marketing of the home to the negotiations, and let Your favor rest upon this transaction. Lord, we rebuke any delays or obstacles that are not of You and declare that this home will sell in Your perfect timing.

Father, we pray that this family would find a smaller, more affordable home that meets their needs, a place where they can thrive and continue to serve You. May this transition be smooth and filled with Your peace. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, for there is no other name by which we can come before You. Amen.

We encourage this family to continue seeking the Lord in prayer and to hold fast to His promises. The wait may be difficult, but God is faithful, and His plans for them are good. Let them find comfort in Psalm 27:14, "Wait for Yahweh. Be strong, and let your heart take courage. Yes, wait for Yahweh." Keep trusting, keep praying, and keep believing that God is at work even when the answer isn’t yet visible.
