My name is ### ### ### and I live in ###, ###. For a number of years, I have suffered from congestive heart failure, epilepsy, chronic hypertension and severe depression! Please pray that my Social Security Disability as well as my Social Security Insurance claims are finaly approved. I have a transient existance with no income because of these illnesses.
