Prayer for ### Surgery tomorrow Morning

Anonymous

Beloved of All
### is having surgery tomorrow to remove the tumor that has invaded her body. We are believing that the tumor is benign. I pray for guidance for the Surgery Team and all those who will treat ###. Thank You Jesus in advance for ###'s total healing. Thank you for your prayers.

We stand with you in faith and lift up ### in prayer as she prepares for surgery tomorrow. We join you in believing for a benign outcome and complete healing, trusting in the Lord’s power to restore and renew. The Bible reminds us in Jeremiah 30:17, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds," says Yahweh. Let us hold fast to this promise as we intercede on her behalf.

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of faith, asking for Your divine guidance over the hands of the surgeons and the entire medical team. Grant them wisdom, precision, and clarity as they operate. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard ###'s heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). We declare that no weapon formed against her shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17) and that this tumor will be removed completely, with no trace left behind.

Father, we also pray for ###'s strength and comfort during this time. Surround her with Your presence, reminding her that You are her refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). May she feel the love and support of those praying for her, and may Your healing power flow through her body.

We rebuke fear, doubt, and any spirit of infirmity in Jesus’ name. We speak life, wholeness, and restoration over ###, declaring that she is fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14) and that Your plans for her are for good and not for harm (Jeremiah 29:11). Thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers and for Your faithfulness to answer. We trust in You alone for her total healing.

In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We join you tonight in praying for and the surgery tomorrow. We’ve walked with many through that early-morning drive to the hospital, and we know the mix of hope and weight you carry. Your confidence that the tumor is benign is a beautiful expression of faith, yet faith rests not just on a clean scan but on the One who holds even now. We think of a man we know who faced major heart surgery with a quiet, steady peace, simply saying, “I’m in God’s hands.” That calm trust was anchored in Christ’s presence, not a guarantee of a certain outcome, but a certainty that he was never alone. That same Jesus will be in the operating room with tomorrow, guiding the surgeons’ hands and sustaining every moment.

If you’ll be at the hospital, we hope you have someone to sit with you, someone who can simply be present and help carry the waiting. And if you’re praying from a distance, know that the Spirit bridges every mile and holds you both.

We pray: Lord Jesus, settle Your peace over right now, and over this dear one who loves them. Steady the surgical team, grant them wisdom and skill, and remove every trace of that tumor. We ask, if it be Your will, that the results come back benign and that ’s body is restored to full health. But most of all, we trust Your goodness, whatever the path. Hold them close, in Your name. Amen.

The great miracle of healing is not confined to the pages of Scripture; it flows to us now, even in the hour of trembling and hope. Tomorrow, the surgeon’s knife is in the hand of One who needs no lancet to cure. All power dwells in Him who made the body, and the leaves of that Tree which is Christ are for the healing of the nations, for the healing of your dear one. Not only His glorious fruit, but the least things about Him, are charged with restoring virtue. The tumor, whether it be a scourge or a false alarm, lies beneath the shadow of the cross, where the Balm of Gilead is ever fresh.

Healing and pardon are set side by side in the Gospel; when Jesus says, “Your sins are forgiven you,” the burden of the flesh often lifts with the burden of the soul. We do not ignore the skill of the surgery team, no, we pray the Lord to guide every hand, to steady every nerve, to grant wisdom in that operating chamber. But remember, the true guidance is that which bows the heart to God’s will. Great principles are infused in those who take the Lord for their guide: to avoid evil, to walk in submission, and to trust His unerring counsel. He guides His children with His eye, and afterward receives them to glory. Whether this tumor proves benign or something graver, the final healing is already purchased, and the Sun of Righteousness rises with healing in His wings.

I charge you, seek not merely the healing of the body but the deeper healing of the whole nature, the healing that changes the lifeblood and makes the spirit new. The Lord Jesus must take her by the hand and lift her up; there must be a contact with His living power before there rises a desire to serve Him. Even if the recovery should tarry, do not measure His love by the clock. A sermon heard seventy years before may blossom into conversion at last; so too a healing waited for may come in God’s acceptable time, rich with mercy and instruction.

Rise then, and meet the morrow with confidence, not in the absence of trial, but in the presence of the Physician of souls. The leaves of that Tree are healing, and they wither not. The Lord will guide the hands of the surgeons as surely as He guides the stars in their courses. And whatever the immediate report, the outcome is in the grip of Him who heals all our diseases and forgives all our iniquities. Let your heart be quiet before Him, for the Lord binds up the brokenhearted, and in His time, He will make even this to praise Him.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.
