Beloved of All
Lord Jesus, you know how my boss treated me today. She abused me, insulted me infront of my colegues. I tried to control not to cry before them. But I didn't control my tears. My heart is broken,. Even im working hard, why she try to insult me??? Lord give me your divine strength, patience, knowledge and understanding to overcome every challenge. Help me to be strong during my difficult times. I surrender my carrer in to your mighty hands. In jesus name i pray Amen

We were so sorry to read what happened today. Being insulted in front of colleagues when you have been working hard is deeply humiliating, and it makes sense your heart feels broken and the tears came even though you tried to hold them back.

We want you to know your worth is not measured by one person's harsh words. When someone uses their position to belittle another, it can whittle away at confidence and leave a crushed feeling inside that lingers longer than the moment itself. Please be gentle with yourself tonight.

One thing that has helped others in similar workplace hurts is to separate what you can carry from what belongs to the boss's behavior. Resilience is not about pretending it did not hurt, it is a skill that grows over time, often with support from others. It can help to talk it through with one safe, steady person outside work, a pastor, mentor or trusted friend, who can listen and help you sort what happened and what next steps are wise. If you can, jot down factually what was said and when while it is fresh, so you have clarity if you later seek guidance.

We are praying for you and we bring your career before the Lord with you.

Father, we lift our friend to You. You saw what happened today and You know the sting and the tears. Give comfort tonight, quiet the replay of those words, and grant strength, patience and clear understanding for the days ahead. Guide decisions about work and surround this dear one with supportive people. In Jesus name, Amen.

Your tears have not been hidden from the Lord, and your broken heart is known to Him who is full of compassion. To be insulted before your colleagues, to labour faithfully and yet to be reproached, is a bitter trial. It is not strange that you could not restrain your weeping, for the wound of shame cut deep.

Remember that our blessed Lord Himself walked in the valley of humiliation. Being found in fashion as a man, He humbled Himself, and He knows the sting of scorn and contempt. He is able to sympathize with you, and to sustain you in this hour.

Human strength, even at its best, will spend itself and fail. All strength apart from God is derived strength and must come to an end. But the promise stands sure, They that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength. When there remains no strength in you, nor any ability of any kind, then is the time to fling yourself upon the divine strength and lay hold upon it, for He giveth power to the faint and to them that have no might He increaseth strength.

You have prayed well for patience, for knowledge and understanding. In some of His people this strength from God takes the form of great patience. You have heard of the patience of Job, the patience of a man like ourselves, imperfect and full of infirmity, yet upheld under sore trial. This is not the patience of one who cannot feel, but the patience of a child who believes in his Father's love, the patience which the Scriptures themselves work in us as we meditate and pray. God Himself has said, I will strengthen them, and therefore it will be fitly infused and wisely balanced.

Hear also this word for your daily labour and for your career which you have surrendered into His mighty hands, As thy days, so shall thy strength be. You shall have strength not laid by for tomorrow, but strength sufficient for this day. A day of little service will have little strength, but a day that requires you to stand firm under insult and difficulty shall have strength proportioned to the need. He gives strength just where it is needed and of that peculiar kind which the trial demands. And know this, that God is the glory of your strength, and the joy of the Lord is your strength. When the heart finds its joy in Him, it grows quiet and steadies itself to endure and to do its duty.

Let us pray for you. O Lord God, who art the Author of all strength, look upon this Thy servant whose heart is broken. Thou hast seen the insult and the tears. Renew strength to one who waits upon Thee. Grant divine patience under provocation, and knowledge and understanding to overcome every challenge. Give as the day, so the strength, and let Thy joy be a well of strength within. Take this career into Thy wise and mighty hands, order its steps, and keep this soul near to Christ who was humbled for us. Lift up the head that is now bowed down, and cause faith to triumph over fear and sorrow. In Jesus name we ask it, Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your prayer has been heard and your tears have not gone unseen by the Lord. It is deeply painful to be insulted and shamed in front of others, especially when you are working faithfully and trying to do what is right. God sees that hurt, He knows the weight you carry, and He is near to the brokenhearted.

The Lord does not promise that hard treatment will quickly disappear, but He does promise to give strength to endure and to shape us through it. Scripture teaches that patience is learned over time, not in a moment, and that patience produces proven character and hope. This hope does not disappoint because it is anchored in Christ who Himself endured wrong and insult with perfect patience, and who now gives us grace to walk in His steps. When we are pressed on every side, we are not crushed, and when we are perplexed, we are not left without hope, because God sustains us.

Keep bringing this burden to Him with perseverance. Like the woman who kept seeking the Lord until He answered, perseverance in prayer makes the heart more ready to receive what God will give. Let the Scriptures comfort and strengthen you each day, so that you may be steadied inwardly even while outward conflicts continue. Surrendering your career into His hands is the right place to be, for He holds your future and He will give you wisdom for each challenge, knowledge to do your work well, and understanding to respond with grace rather than with despair or anger.

I join you in prayer now.

Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ I lift up this dear one to You. You have seen the insult and the tears, and You know the pain of this heart. Pour out Your divine strength and calm this troubled heart. Grant patience to endure, wisdom and understanding to navigate each difficult moment, and knowledge to grow through this trial. Guard this life from discouragement, renew hope, and let Your presence be felt in the workplace. Help to respond with grace and truth, to do good work unto You, and to trust You with every step of this career. Let Your peace reign, and let Your will be done. In Jesus name, Amen.

Be assured you are being prayed for. Keep seeking the Lord daily, rest in His care, and trust that He will use even this difficult season for your good and His glory.

Your tears and your broken heart have not gone unseen by the Lord. He knows how deeply it wounded you to be insulted in front of others when you have been working faithfully and doing your best. It is not shameful that you wept. God understands a broken heart. Scripture says He will not despise a broken and contrite heart, and He draws near to those who are crushed in spirit.

You prayed for strength, patience, knowledge and understanding, and that is exactly what He wants to give you. The strength you need will not come from trying harder within yourself. When we look inside for some hidden reserve, we eventually find it is not enough and we fall. But when we trust in the Lord and look to His strength, He does not let us down. He becomes a strong tower and a shelter, a place of refuge under the covering of His wings. Bring every hurt to Him in prayer, because prayer is where defeat is turned into confidence and victory as we remember His promises.

He is also the God of patience and the God of comfort. He is patient with us as a parent is patient while teaching a child to walk, knowing the child will stumble. And He gives patience and comfort to us through His Word, and that produces hope. You will need that patience now. Scripture says we have need of patience, that after we have done the will of God we might receive the promise, and that through faith and patience we inherit what He has promised. Like a farmer who waits for the precious fruit of the harvest, God is working out His purposes in His time, and He will sustain you as you wait on Him.

You also asked for knowledge and understanding to face these challenges. That comes as you apply your heart to His instruction and let His Word dwell richly within you. Keep your heart with all diligence, for out of it flow the issues of life. Our own hearts can deceive us, so the best prayer is that of Psalm 139, search me, O God, and know my heart. Be honest before Him. Ask Him to work within your heart, to take away any bitterness or hatred that wants to grow after being hurt, and to fill you with His love. Wisdom is profitable to direct. When the edge is sharp, the work is easier, and God will give you wisdom to know how to act and speak in a difficult workplace with grace and steadiness.

Sorrow is painful, yet God can use it to make the heart better and deeper. He sees the sincerity of your heart toward Him, and your surrender of your career into His mighty hands is the right place to rest. He has not forgotten your hard work, and He will be your help and your strength for each day.

May the Lord heal the broken places in your heart, fill you with His peace that passes understanding, and give you His strength for today, His patience to endure, and His knowledge and understanding to walk wisely. May His Word be your stay in this trial, and may you find in Him the assurance that He is your citadel and your victory. In Jesus name, amen.
