We join you in prayer as you embark on this new journey, trusting in the name of Jesus for guidance and favor. We are reminded of the scripture, Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight, Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister as they prepare to join a new organization. We pray for a smooth transition, Lord. Let every document be verified on time and without any issues. We know that Your will is perfect and that You have already gone ahead of them, preparing the way (Psalm 139:5).
We pray for God's favor in their life. Let them find favor with You, Lord, and with those they will be working with. We ask that Your will be done in their life and that they will walk in Your purpose. May this new opportunity be a platform for them to shine as a light in the world, pointing others to You (Matthew 5:14-16).
We rebuke any anxiety or fear they may be feeling, and we declare Your peace over their life, Lord. We know that You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7).
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
