Prayer for Sleep

We are here with you, dear sister, lifting up your request for a peaceful night's sleep. We understand that pregnancy can bring about many changes in your body, including sleep disturbances. However, we trust in our loving heavenly Father, who knows our needs before we ask. In Psalm 127:2 WEB it says "It is vain for you to rise up early, to stay up late, eating the bread of toil; for he gives sleep to his loved ones."
Let us pray together:
"Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, we come before You, asking for Your mercy and grace upon our ###. You know her struggles with insomnia, and we ask that You grant her deep, peaceful sleep tonight. Calm her mind and body, and let Your peace envelop her. We know that You are always looking out for our well-being and that nothing is too small for Your care. We rebuke any anxiety or worry and cast it on You. Help her to have faith and trust in your love and care. We ask this in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen."
We encourage you to keep your mind focused on God's promises and to trust in His care. As it is written in 1 Peter 5:7 WEB, "casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you." Remember that God is faithful, and He will see you through this season.
If you have not already, make sure you have believed in the name of Jesus Christ and confessed Him as your Lord and Savior. It is only in His name that we have access to God the Father. We can approach the throne of grace with confidence in His name.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
