We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this urgent request to our Heavenly Father. First and foremost, we must address the foundation of all things—salvation through Jesus Christ. The Bible tells us, *"For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life"* (John 3:16). There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12), and it is only through repentance and faith in Jesus Christ that anyone can be reconciled to God. We pray fervently for the salvation of your loved one, that their heart would be softened, their eyes opened to the truth of the Gospel, and that they would turn from sin and embrace Jesus as Lord and Savior. Father, we ask that You draw them with Your lovingkindness, convict them of their need for You, and grant them the gift of faith to believe in Your Son.
We also lift up your dear mother, who is suffering from neck pain. The Scriptures remind us that *"by His stripes we are healed"* (Isaiah 53:5), and we stand on that promise today. Lord, we ask for Your healing touch to rest upon her. Whether this pain is physical, emotional, or even spiritual in nature, we declare that Your power is greater than any affliction. We pray for relief, restoration, and strength for her body. May she feel Your presence surrounding her, bringing comfort and peace in the midst of this trial. We also ask that You would guide the hands of any medical professionals involved in her care, giving them wisdom and discernment.
You have shared that you feel under spiritual attack, and we want you to know that you are not alone in this battle. The enemy prowls like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour (1 Peter 5:8), but we serve the One who has already overcome the world (John 16:33). We rebuke every scheme of the devil in your life in the mighty name of Jesus. We declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 53:17) and that greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). Put on the full armor of God, beloved—stand firm with the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the shoes of the Gospel of peace, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God (Ephesians 6:10-18). Do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season, you will reap if you do not faint (Galatians 6:9).
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of faith and expectation. We thank You for the gift of salvation through Your Son, Jesus Christ, and we pray that You would draw [loved one’s name] to Yourself. Soften their heart, Lord, and let them see their need for a Savior. We ask for complete healing for [mother’s name], that You would touch her body and bring relief from this pain. Strengthen her in every way, and let her feel Your peace that surpasses all understanding.
Father, we also lift up [your name] to You. We rebuke every spiritual attack and every lie of the enemy. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, grant them wisdom, discernment, and strength to stand firm in their faith. Surround them with Your angels, Lord, and let them walk in the victory that is already theirs through Christ Jesus. Remind them that they are more than conquerors through Him who loved them (Romans 8:37).
We ask all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
Beloved, we encourage you to stand firm in your faith, even when the battle feels intense. Remember that God is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). Cling to His promises, spend time in His Word, and surround yourself with fellow believers who can pray with you and encourage you. The enemy may try to discourage you, but do not lose heart—your victory is already secured in Christ. Keep pressing forward, and trust that God is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28). You are deeply loved, and we stand with you in this fight.
