Prayer for Safe Travel Today

Lord,

As I prepare to travel about 500 miles today, please keep me safe and focused on the road. Lord I pray that you keep all weary travelers safe. Lord, keep me out of harm's way and help guide me safely to my sister's in Tennessee. Lord I pray that we have a joyful visit and I pray that it brings light to you Lord. Lord give me the rest and fellowship that I hope for during this trip.

Lord I pray that Godspeed, and that I don't. Thank you Lord for watching over me and my dog Sally on this journey, for I hope that it brings us closer to YOU.

Lord, thank you for your protection during my drive. Lord thank you for bringing me to such a peaceful place to share precious time with my sister and her family. Lord I thank you for causing concern in my dear husband and for allowing him to contact me to share his care and concern about my trip. ANOTHER small step in the right direction for him. PRAISE God! Lord, I pray that you will share your message in a way tomorrow that speaks directly to me. Lord I pray that I hear it with an open heart and mind. Thank you for giving me the time to worship with my sister and her family.

Lord thank you for your many blessings! Bring peace to my husband today and be with him during his work. Keep him safe and help him to focus on you today.

Lord, I thank you for bringing me home safely today. Thank you for giving me a wonderful time to visit and fellowship with my sister and her new husband this weekend. Lord, I also thank you for the wonderful worship I experienced at her church this morning before traveling home. Thank you for speaking to my heart and for leading us in a moving message. I only with my husband could have been there to hear it.

Lord, I pray that somehow he will hear that message of Godly marriages and that he will give us a chance to pray together about our situation. Lord touch his heart and I pray that after this next 10 days of work travel for him that you see it in your will to bring him home.

Lord, I thank you again for bringing me and my dog Sally home and for blessing us with the ability to make this trip. It was truly good for the soul.

Bless us in our sleep tonight and I pray that you are with all those here tonight. Lord I also pray that you will provide the time for me tomorrow to read these other prayers that I have missed this weekend and to pray for each one of them.
