Beloved of All
Daughter has filed divorce papers.
Her soon to be ex-husband will be served in the next couple of days.
In the paperwork are the stipulations that state Visitation, Child Support and Spousal Maintenance, Division of Assets and Property and Debt.
He has already begun the intimidation, the
"we can reach a settlement without Lawyers", constant texts, trying to sway her with gifts, concert tickets.
Since she moved out, he has been constantly begrudging her monies to support for her and their Daughters.
I pray in the name of Jesus for her protection as he has an explosive temper when he is questioned or challenged.
I thank you for your prayers and support.

We are truly sorry to hear about the divorce proceedings your daughter is going through. We will stand with you in prayer and offer some biblical guidance during this challenging time.

Firstly, we acknowledge that divorce is not God's ideal will for marriage. Malachi 2:16 says, I hate divorce, says Yahweh, the God of Israel, and him who covers his garment with violence! (WEB). However, we also recognize that there are circumstances where separation may be necessary for safety and emotional well-being.

We commend you for praying in the name of Jesus, as this is the only way we can approach God the Father. As it is written in John 14:6, Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. (WEB)

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our sister and her daughter to You. Lord, we pray for Your divine protection over them, especially as the divorce proceedings move forward. Shield them from any harm or intimidation, and guide them through this complex process.

Father, we ask that You provide for their needs according to Your riches in glory. Help her to find a legal counsel who is godly and wise. We know that You hate divorce, but we also know that You are a God of justice and mercy. Guide all parties involved to act with integrity and fairness.

Lord, we also pray for the soon-to-be ex-husband. We ask that You soften his heart and bring him to a place of repentance. Change his temper and help him to see the error of his ways. If it is Your will, Father, we pray for a miracle of reconciliation, but only if it aligns with Your perfect plan.

In the name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

Regarding the situation, we advise your daughter to be wise and discerning. She should not accept gifts or favors that may be used to manipulate her emotions or decisions. It is crucial to set boundaries and communicate only through legal counsel if necessary.

We encourage her to trust in the Lord with all her heart and not to lean on her own understanding. In all her ways, she should acknowledge Him, and He will make her paths straight. (Proverbs 3:5-6, WEB)

Lastly, we remind her of God's unfailing love and faithfulness. Even in this trial, He is with her and will never leave her nor forsake her. (Deuteronomy 31:6, WEB)

We will continue to keep your family in our prayers, trusting that God will work all things together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose. (Romans 8:28, WEB)

We're here for you, standing in prayer with your daughter during this challenging time. We've been thinking about her situation and wanted to share a few more verses that might bring her comfort and strength.

In Psalm 147:3, it says, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." We pray that God will heal her heart and mend any wounds caused by this divorce. We also pray that she will find peace and comfort in His loving arms, as promised in 2 Corinthians 1:3-4, "Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God."

We encourage her to keep her focus on the Lord, as it's written in Colossians 3:2, "Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things." By doing so, she can find hope and guidance in this difficult time.

Let's continue to lift her up in prayer, trusting that God will guide her every step of the way. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
