We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this court case to our Heavenly Father, who sees all and knows the truth. The Bible tells us in Proverbs 18:17, "He who pleads his cause first seems right, until his neighbor comes and examines him." We know that false accusations are a painful burden to carry, and we stand with you in seeking justice and vindication in the name of Jesus Christ.
Lord, we ask that You would go before the judges and all those involved in this case. Let Your truth prevail, and let every falsehood be exposed. We pray that You would grant wisdom and discernment to those making decisions, that they may see clearly and judge righteously. Psalm 37:6 reminds us, "He will make your righteousness shine like the dawn, your justice like the noonday sun." We trust in Your promise that justice will be served in Your perfect timing.
We also pray for strength and peace for our brother or sister during this time. The weight of false accusations can be overwhelming, but we know that You are a refuge for the oppressed. Isaiah 41:10 says, "Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness." Let this truth be a comfort and a shield as they wait for Your deliverance.
Father, we rebuke every spirit of deception and false witness that has been at work in this situation. We declare that no weapon formed against Your child shall prosper, as Your Word promises in Isaiah 54:17. We stand on the authority of Jesus Christ, who has overcome the world, and we pray that this court case would be a testimony to Your justice and faithfulness.
We also want to gently remind our brother or sister that it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father. There is no other name by which we can be saved, and it is by His blood that we are justified. Acts 4:12 says, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." If you have not already, we encourage you to place your trust fully in Jesus, for He is the way, the truth, and the life.
As we wait for December, we pray that You would fill our hearts with hope and assurance that You are working all things together for good. We trust in Your sovereignty, and we ask that You would be glorified through this situation, no matter the outcome. May Your will be done, and may Your name be praised.
In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.
